  I want to give a huge shoutout to Patrick, the maintenance technician at Mela Luxury Apartments. My A/C went out, and in this Texas heat that’s no joke, but Patrick responded quickly and had it fixed promptly and correctly the first time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the residents. Really appreciate the fast and reliable service, thanks again, Patrick! Also want to add he is very respectful.

  Current resident here. I would just like to say this is a very nice property and great amenities but the community manager is the worst when it comes to communication. If I had the time to write it out I would but I am not going to bother. I have never written a review before and this should just go to show how bad my experience with her was.

  Its like a sweet hidden luxury home. Gated included, friendly staff, a really quaint property.

  Make sure you have EVERYTHING communicated with this incompetent staff documented or recorded in some way. Made the mistake of taking what was verbally told to me twice as truth just to be lied to. Apparently the “First month” isn’t the first month in the lease. Not only was I misinformed and lied to but the manager was not even willing to waive the late fee thrown on after I got an eviction notice. Amenities are also very difficult to use due to the staff not knowing the time of the arcade closing and telling me wrong times. Re signing was huge regret and can’t wait to leave.
