  came to get some information. & the two ladies in the front office. Were very rude! Didn’t help at all. I Don’t recommend wasting time here.

  Today I was one of the Victim of the incident. The complex is aware of the car thefts incidents. Because I assume this is not the first time that this incident happened because the property kept sending community messages/warnings ALMOST EVERY MONTH thru mail regarding about the car theft going on. So, us your residents were expecting that safety measures are being provided in our complex. But it appears that current safety measures are not sufficient to deter criminal activity. This situation is so frustrating. The inconvenience. We are paying monthly for amenities. But gates are not working properly. The complex even said that there are Night patrols looking after the complex. There are MULTIPLE VEHICLES had the same incident this morning!! If the management are aware of this issue that is going on HOW COME THIS KEEPS HAPPENING?! and yall not doing anything to prevent this INCIDENT TO HAPPEN AGAIN. Not even the management reach out to us if we were okay or anything. Nothing. No apology for the incident. Thanks to the maintenance people, who went to search out the whole place to make sure no one is hurt and even swept the broken glasses. Maintenance people even got there earlier than the people in the leasing office or the management. Please Let’s do better for our residence.

  I've been living here and wanted to warn others about a serious ongoing issue. There have been multiple incidents of cars being broken into in the parking areas( below are attached some pictures of cars I have seen walking around the property) , and this isn't just a one-time thing. Like I stated it's an on going pattern This is really concerning because residents should feel safe where they live, especially when it comes to their personal property. I haven't seen any noticeable improvements in security or communication from management about what's being done to prevent this from continuing. At the very least, residents deserve updates, better lighting, cameras, security or some kind of visible effort to address the problem. If you're considering moving here( JUST DONT ) , be aware of the situation and take extra precautions with your vehicle. I hope management takes this seriously and starts making changes to keep residents safe.

  This place is great!! I got recommended through a friend to choose this location after much searching and this place is phenomenal ! The staff is amazing, nothing short of incredible. They helped me get settled in quickly and got me a fair deal on my lease! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
