  As of lately, I have not been enjoying my stay here. I liked when this was a smoke-free property. Now I can’t seem to enjoy walking around the property without smelling marijuana and I can smell it in my building too. I also smell cigarettes which make for an unpleasant experience. My room smells like someone else’s smoke especially when I open my screen doors to try to let in fresh air. When you walk by the pool area, it reeks of marijuana. If you value your lungs, I’d maybe pick somewhere else especially if you have kids. This is creating a harmful environment for non-smokers.

  The staff here are so warm and welcoming. They work with you every step of the way and are very accommodating. There are so many places surrounding that also make it a great choice for anyone.

  My apartment wasn’t move in ready. Cabinets stink/dirty. Dead roach on the kitchen counter. The screens outside my patio door/window are broken and the shelves are falling off in the restroom. Stove tops won’t lock into place/stuck upright. There’s a bunch of wasp nests outside my patio. Getting a fee charged to my bill that they said they can’t remove, although my application was taking a while to go through due to tech issues. Missing my fire alarm in a room. I honesty wish I noticed certain things about this apartment before moving in.

  Cheyenne is wonderful. She communicates very well throughout my whole move in process and went out of her way to help me when I lost my drivers license and had to wait for a new one. I didn’t have to wait days to hear back from her or any one else. Thank you so much. I’m super excited!
