    I would not recommend living here. From the moment I moved in, there were already dead roaches all over the apartment while it was still empty, which made it clear this was an existing issue—not something caused by me. Despite being very clean, I constantly dealt with roaches throughout my time living here, and they weren’t just inside—I would regularly see them all over the streets and sidewalks around the complex as well. Maintenance issues were also ongoing and frustrating. There was a pipe above the shower that continuously dripped dirty water, leaving debris all over the shower floor and making it feel impossible to keep clean. I also couldn’t use the washer, dryer, or garbage disposal without having to flip the breaker every single time, which was extremely inconvenient. The property itself is not well maintained. The dumpsters are located in the middle of the complex and are not enclosed, and they were frequently overflowing into the street with trash everywhere. On top of that, management was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Communication was difficult, and when I finally got in touch after trying for several days, I was told in a rude tone that the phone number listed on their website was incorrect—something they should have already addressed.     My wife and I lived there for 5 years. In short, gates didn’t work half the time, which was ok because we could never buzz anyone in(The cameras never worked as well). Pool was closed about 1/3 of the summer. Printers in the business center worked for the first 4 months we were there, after that they were never repaired. Trash everywhere on the weekends. Double our pet fee from $20 a month to $40 one year. Made us change our internet provider to AT&T. We moved out 4 months and just received a notice from collections because we didn’t return the hard wired built in equipment that belongs to Fifty02. We have called Fifty02 and AT&T about and are still working/disputing it. I’m giving them 2 stars because at least the ladies in the front office were helpful for the most part and they’re following corporate policies. This is a corporate owned facility and corporate does not care about you.

    I don't know how they can have 4 stars if the place is disgusting. First of all, the neighbors are completely lazy; they leave dog poop everywhere, and the entrance to building 7 always smells like dog shit. Second, they broke my husband's truck window and the windows of other cars too, and the same thing happened two years ago, and they didn't do anything about it.
