  If I could give less stars they would get -5. I don't even know where to start but the problem begins in the office with Jennifer who is rude and disrespectful. Site says office opens at 8 they don't show up until 9. I applied online where I paid the $50 non-refundable application fee and the $150 that the contract says is refundable. but ITS NOT. To future applicants BEWARE, TAKE HEAD TO THE REVIEWS. Jennifer (office manager) told me they go by a "don't ask don't tell" policy. She told me I should have read the reviews before applying. She said if I don't ask about hot water heaters, pests, leaks etc etc it's not her "job" to provide that information. The entire property has a boiler, no individual hot water heaters. I spoke to a few tenants who had nothing at all good to say about this property. Th property has a large pest issue and the laundry rooms are horrible. After seeing the balconies falling onto lower floors and meeting with Jennifer in office I decided I did not want to lease here then my phone calls were ignored. Emails were not answered and I had to contact the property manager at Lynd Property Management who could care less and won't allow you to speak with a supervisor and only referred me back to the rude lady in the office JENNIFER. They show you this 1 upgraded apartment then tell you the one you're getting is nothing like what they show you. Its just layers and layers of brain warping beige paint they even paint over the roaches and the rust. No grass all dirt. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO REASON TO KEEP WHAT IN THE CONTRACT SAYS IS REFUNDABLE. THERE IS NOWHERE IN THE CONTRACT THATS STATES IF I CHANGE MY MIND I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK. PLEASE DONT LEAVE A COMMENT SAYING CONTACT YOUR OFFICE BECAUSE I HAVE AND ITS USELESS. I HOPE YOU GUYS NEVER RENT ANOTHER APARTMENT UNTIL YOU UPGRADE YOUR PROPERTY, PICS OF THE PROPERTY AND THE RUDE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE.

  This place is horrible. I don’t even know where to start. Me and my two children moved in about 3 weeks ago and we have moved out due to the unit being unsafe and inhabitable to live in. The horrendous smell of mildew and mold made my daughter sick. There was a water leak prior to us moving in and the apartment manager didn’t bother to fix it at all. When I did the initial walk thru with one of the staffing agents, I told her it wasn’t ready for move in, due to the stains on the wall, the water being black, the dirt everywhere and dead bugs everywhere. The toilets were black, overall disgusting. She assured me it’ll be ready by our move in date. It was not. I then tried many attempts to contact the apartment manager and I still have yet to hear from her. The city of San Antonio has opened a case against them . When the City came out, the gentleman couldn’t even believe why they would let anyone live there. Please everyone, call the news, call the city on this place. They are horrible. Thank God me and my children found a better place.

  You would think with the amount of money the owners make from all us tenants, that they would put that money back into fixing units properly. In the year that I have been here, just about everything in the unit is falling apart. We have put in work orders for things to get fixed and they either ignore/close out work orders without coming out here, or they “fix” it and would mess up again. They are relocating tenants with unit issues and then renting out the unit with issues to other people. These units are HAZARDOUS, and they are renting to FAMILIES, people with kids! Some tenants have had been living with hazardous issues for almost a year.

  From the moment we did the tour to being approved Genevieve has made the whole process so smooth and has been so patient and welcoming. This is my first time getting an apartment so I had tons of questions and she never seemed bother to awnser all my questions! Super quick at fixing anything that we needed touched up! I will give them 5 stars any-day and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a home.
