  Realtor that came out told me my selling price was going to be the tax assessor's estimate.... Zillow was higher of course + I had major improvements.etc. she said she would look into things and call me with a more accurate amount. She started at 440,000 for 27 acres with a home and well and mineral rights in a desired location.

  We could not love or thank Maria enough!!! The first house we looked at was a disaster and she had our backs the entire time. She made sure that things were done properly and when they weren’t she fought for us. And then she found our DREAM home. It’s everything we could have wished for. As first time home buyers we had no idea how much we were getting into, but Maria was wonderful and you honestly can’t find a better realtor. We’re so lucky we found her!!!!!!

  Stephanie Garcia was our real estate professional who helped us find, bid on, and win our new home. The very first home she showed us had some issues and she helped us see them just to be sure that we were aware before we made a decision. When we walked out of there our vehicle would not start and so she provided transportation until we got where we needed to go. She showed us several more homes after that. I was extremely impressed that she always looked for any serious flaws that we might not be aware of so that we would make a good final decision. She was always available when we needed her to be. The most amazing part though was when she waited with me the day before closing at what would be our new home for a furniture delivery that I could not change. We spent four hours standing together because there was no furniture anywhere to sit down on. I enjoyed the time because the more I spoke with her the more I liked her as a person and as a mom and as a daughter. The house that we chose wasn’t really one that we would’ve thought to ask for. By that time she knew our needs and wants probably better than we knew them ourselves.

  First of all, I'd like to give a huge shout out to Lauren Harper, our agent that stuck with us through thick and thin. Let me tell you, it got thin! She persevered however, catching properties that went on the market or ones that were GOING to go on the market and sending those to us based on her insights into our preferences. We had many discouraging instances where we thought we had found THE one, only to have missed it by sometimes hours. They were not meant to be however, as we finally found our forever home exactly where we needed to be. Lauren is an absolutely amazing agent that knows so much not only about the industry, locations, neighborhoods and regions, contractors and subcontractors for any facet of home renovation and maintenance, but her instincts are impeccable! Once we thought we had found a great place with a perfect price, but she noticed that the concrete in the garage had been worked on, a red flag indicating subsidence or foundation issues. Whew! Thank goodness she caught that and told us to back the heck away from that disaster. Did I mention that she is amazing? Not only amazing but extremely warm and personable. She'll go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. She is now extended family to us! If you use any other agent, you are missing out on San Antonio's best real estate resource!
