  Great place to live always. Always nice and clean around the walking and dog areas. The staff in the front is nice and accommodating. Work orders get done fast!

  Very friendly and on point staff. Used to live here loved my experience. Anytime you need anything done ,it’s done asap. So thank you staff. Highly recommended!!!! Big shout out to the manager’s onsite!

  Don't be fooled with the 5 star reviews. They are not welcoming and if could give no stars I would. I'm glad they were rude it saved us the trouble! Thank you for that...

  My mother scheduled an appointment to view a 3 bedroom apartment at 1:00 pm. We came in and nobody was there, except a maintenance manager I'm presuming- didn't acknowledge we were there. He went to the back and another lady came out and went in her office- didn't acknowledge we were there either. We sat there for 15 minutes before getting up and walking out. It seems as though they wanted us to leave. As an Army Veteran and BAMC healthcare worker, I'll make sure to spread the word that they will ignore you and disappear when it's time for your tour. The rental search continues.

  The place was great until the move out. The staff was nice, and the actual apartments were wonderful. The traffic however is abysmal and they can't control that, so that's not what this review is about. I moved out a while ago, trying to pay the fees I incurred after move-out. The only option on their website is "Pay with Livable" the buy now, pay later type stuff. It asks you for a bunch of personal information, to include your ssn, and asks to connect to your bank. Though I can't even pay my fees because there is no other option than this, and Livable doesn't even let you pay until 5 days before the end of the month. I've had many issues with random fees, and they charged me for a 'ring camera repair' even though I didn't even own a ring camera. So there's a few bogus charges on there. If you plan on staying many years here, I recommend it. Otherwise, pick a place closer to where you work.
