I had already called the office to tell them that I couldn't upload a document to my profile that they were requesting to update our insurance. And yesterday when I called, "Ye" answered and told me to come to the office so she could help me there. But I told her I couldn't because I'm not in the city. I asked if I could send it to her by email, and she said no, that I had to do it myself and to keep trying. Well, I kept trying, but the document wouldn't upload. And today Khalid answered the phone—I hope I'm spelling his name correctly. He quickly asked me to send him the document, and he uploaded it himself without any problem. I don't know if "Ye". didn't know how to help me or didn't want to, but Khalid helped me very kindly. This is not the first time he has been helpful to me. He is a very serious guy but willing to help at all times. He goes above and beyond.
