- AFAdilene Flores5 days ago5.0Five stars go to Khalid. To be honest, I'm not one to write reviews. But this time I'm going to take a few minutes to highly recommend Khalid. I had already called the office to tell them that I couldn't upload a document to my profile that they were requesting to update our insurance. And yesterday when I called, "Ye" answered and told me to come to the office so she could help me there. But I told her I couldn't because I'm not in the city. I asked if I could send it to her by email, and she said no, that I had to do it myself and to keep trying. Well, I kept trying, but the document wouldn't upload. And today Khalid answered the phone—I hope I'm spelling his name correctly. He quickly asked me to send him the document, and he uploaded it himself without any problem. I don't know if "Ye". didn't know how to help me or didn't want to, but Khalid helped me very kindly. This is not the first time he has been helpful to me. He is a very serious guy but willing to help at all times. He goes above and beyond.
- KLKayla LittlefieldDec 29, 20252.0This is an ok place but dont get an apartment facing medical. You'll hear cars driving night and day. The pool is only open 3 months despite most of "fall" being in the 90s and 100s. The office staff are terrible at communicating if there is any hold up in your paperwork and then threaten you with fines. The parking lots are cramped and hard to access. The recycling doesnt get emptied for weeks at a time. Overall renting from here was a big mistake on my part.

My unit is a Villa style. I love the glass bar with a mirror and large living room. Cons: My unit does not have washer/dryer. My kitchen is also small. I wish some space was taken from my large living room and put into the kitchen. I also do not have any lights/fan installed in my living room so I use a 2 light lamp. Overall it is affordable and worth the price.
