  Do not sign with this management company. Upon leaving my apartment I did a walk through with one of the office staff. They ENSURED me that there would be nothing taken from my deposit outside of the remaining water and sewer bills. A month later I get a notice that I had to pay for paint touch ups because the last time my apartment had been painted was over 12 months ago and I had to pay to get the carpets cleaned, even though there was nothing left on the carpets and I cleaned them thoroughly myself. This complex also had "improvements" constantly happening that I would have to go out of my way for to accommodate. One of which was that I had to remove everything from my balcony for an entire week because they would be painting the exterior of the building. When I had called and asked for better details on the actual days they would be doing my building, I was given the wrong days. There was ZERO coordination between the office staff knowing what was happening on the property and the work being done. The hot tub was also ALWAYS broken. I had to tell the office staff on multiple occasions that it wasn't working and told me they would follow up with me on when it had gotten fixed, but they never did. Also anytime I ever called the after hours number for a neighbor that would play extremely loud music at late hours of the night, I never got a call back or a response from them. There are much better apartment complexes you can choose from. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

  What a dump site I lived there 4 years ago the memory of utter filth poor quality amenities Roger H writes lies of nonsense but read the reviews gates never work trash and animal waste all over Avoid this dump as they’re screw you on the move out too

  IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN INTO THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Had my car broken into 4 times gates non existent. They'll really try screw you over when you move out with fees 600$ bathtub fee that wasn't even new when we moved in. 300$ on trash? Lied and said we had pet? Charged us again for a pet seal fee once again didn't have one. Even Lied about the reason we moved out which was mainly due to the vandalism, theft, and burglary that happens here constantly fyi . If anybody sees this pick another place to live

  The apartment complex is worst place I have ever stayed. I moved into this apartment while waiting for my new construction home to be buit. My new home was built ahead of schedule and I needed to do a early break lease. I was told that in order for me to break the lease, I would have to pay a full month's rent plus 85%. I signed the break lease form with the final number I had to pay. The following month, I get served with an eviction letter for lack of payment. I went to the front office and they told me that I still had to pay the next month rent on top of the break lease of a full month rent plus 85%! I told them, I was never told about an additional month's rent. I was told that I signed two documents stating this. I told them I only signed one which was the break lease, and to produce the other document stating that I still had to pay an additional month's rent. They never produced the second document. They told me that I was "misinformed" and I had to pay another month's rent. I signed the final document with the agreed number and I should not be held responsible for their mistake! If I was told all of this upfront, I would have never done the early break lease because it was more expensive than just letting the original lease run it's course. Upon move out, I get a letter of bogus charges of repairs that needed to be done! They charged me an "unauthorized pet" fee of $300 dollars! I don't own any pets! They are trying to charge me for damage that was already there. There were pre-existing floor stains that I annotated in my "move-in" inspection list that they are trying to make me pay for. They took pictures of outside of the door of so-called damage and I don't know what they're talking about. The only thing I did to the door is walk in and out! The apartment complex are crooks and trying to pull a money grab on their tenants. They chose the right one, becuase I'm fighting all of these bogus claims! This apartment complex is not worth how much money you have to pay and they will try to scam you out of your money how ever way they can!
