  Marissa has been super kind and helpful. I appreciate her patience with me. I had so many questions and requests. I have been living here for a few months and love it, it is clean, quiet, and my family loves to use the amenities.

  I have been a resident here since February 2022 and to be quite honest I am more and more disappointed with this community by the day. The price and the location is nice and maintenance will come out the same day if you put in the work order during business hours. Marissa and Tabatha are nice and are willing to work with you. So those are the positives of the community... If you are expecting an office that communicates as in calls back, leaves a message, responds to emails or follows up this is not the location for you. It feels as if 90-95% that I make a call to the office no one actually responds. I have sent emails as well as a follow up to that email and there is still no response or follow up. I am unable to see any notes provided for work orders and they do not follow up to keep you updated on said work orders. I understand that this is a shared space and one must be mindful of their general space. Also most communities have roaches but the amount of roaches that this community has is absolutely ridiculous. I switched units back in September because I needed a larger space and I wanted to escape the roaches. I regret moving units because the unit they moved me into is 10x worse then my previous one. I have submitted multiple work orders for pest control these past 2 months and ive been told that they were in between companies. I am a homebody and I just want to be comfortable at home and I cant even have that. I am paying $15 for a pest control service I am not even receiving. Marissa and Tabatha have worked with me in the past but I am disappointed in the lack of effort and responsibility with this on going issue. I am a single parent to a toddler and I wish I could have my daughter in a better unit with less roaches. I once loved these apartments and the surrounding area but now I want nothing more then to move away from such a roach infested community. I will most likely not be renewing my lease as their lack of effort and communication as been disheartening especially as a leasing consultant myself. Lastly, our gate is broken down majority of the time. In the 3 almost 4 years I have been in this community I cannot remember the time where that gate was actually working properly.

  The property manager Marissa Is someone that I would never want to rent from ever again. Very unprofessional and lazy if you ask me, I moved in and was not even shown the apartment was not told where to park and had my car towed the first day I got there. If you open up a claim for maintenance, be prepared to wait 2 to 3 days sometimes even longer for somebody to show up. Roaches everywhere And they allow people to just barbecue and make noise all night in front of buildings. I viewed these apartments online as I was not living in Texas at the time. I moved out of the apartment and she says she attempted to contact me and email me which is all a lie. I have no emails from the complex I paid all of my rent and now she is trying to bill me for damages to the apartment that were already there. There were roaches in the apartment, the first day that I moved in. Do your research! My issue wasn’t that I was being Billed for property damage it’s the fact that they never told me that there was a balance due because I would’ve paid it if I would’ve known but now it’s impacted my credit.

  Lived here for almost 4 years with no problems. Maintenance comes quick when something leaks or breaks, the apartment was great for the price, and the desk staff (shout out to Marissa!) was always nice. Location is good as long as you work nearby, but if you get a cheaper apartment don't expect to have space to host a bunch of people.

  Lovely neighborhood, close but not too close to everything and peaceful living. Great for kids and pet parents. 10/10
