The maintenance professionals did such a great job! Promptly arrived as I needed to head out for campus work. I had an additional maintenance request added to my ticket. These professionals showed up with smiles and a great attitude and sent me off with well wishes for my campus work. Highly recommended!!

I lived at Villas at the Medical Center for nearly two years, and my experience was consistently positive. My apartment in Building 8 was thoughtfully designed and quickly became a comfortable home during that period of my life. The community remained quiet and was conveniently located near essential services, which made daily living exceptionally easy. The previous maintenance technician, Mike, made my move in experience outstanding and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Jasper was always prompt, professional, and demonstrated clear pride in his work. Each time he assisted with a maintenance request, the issue was resolved efficiently and correctly. Melissa has made substantial improvements to the property and its amenities, which I greatly appreciated. I am especially thankful for the smooth, well organized move out process and for ensuring that my full deposit was returned promptly. This was particularly meaningful to me, as I took great care in maintaining my apartment. Thank you to the entire team for creating a positive living environment. I wish the community and all future residents continued success and comfort.

Really with I could give my complex 5 stars cause I love it here but parking (for building 6 and others in the back) is a huge nightmare. I was put on a list a very long time ago to be notified for a reserved spot and new tenants ended up getting then before I was notified. If we were assigned parking spots I feel like it would be easier than me having to park across the complex from my building. Thanks!

Everything was ehhhh. The maintenance guys are the best part of the whole place. They are all pretty chill. I just got moved out and they basically double charged me for everything they could on the move out fees. I tried to call and ask what the deal was, but of course the number I was given just rings continuously. No one’s reached back out after several days and voicemail messages. Lol, looks like they won on this one. The ladies up front are always little to no help almost all the time. Getting a question answered requires an act of God for them. I’m willing to bet you $318.26 that the people leaving 5 stars are family or friends. Btw, I got that dollar amount from the final statement I was emailed for the carpet cleaning fee I got charged twice for. One of the many fees charged twice. Just saying. Update** Your financial team reached out and corrected the final statement. It turns out you indeed charged us twice. So your reply is completely unnecessary. Just do better. I gave you two stars, lol you should’ve left it at that. It could’ve been one.

I recently moved out of the apartments due to my job, relocating me out of state. I spoke with the front office and let them know about this and that my lease was coming to an end. I was told that everything would be fine because there was no lease signed and that my lease was up August 28. I then received a phone call at the end of August letting me know that my lease was up for renewal. I informed the property manager that I had spoken with someone and they told me that they understood and everything should be fine that we needed documentation. I sent the documentation after speaking with you guys and that went unanswered. I then received a notice with all of these fees and all of these fines and added charges about how the home was left a mess and the cleaning you had to do this was absolutely false and I had physical pictures for you guys to view and everyone was aware that I was leaving the apartment. Now you guys are saying I owe you over $5000 which is a joke. I will be reaching out to a legal team with my company because I have a letter stating that my company moved me away from the state. The fact that your staff would act like this is crazy. From my car getting broken into and nothing being done about it to being charged thousands of dollars for an apartment that had nothing wrong with it. I would not move here unless they changed their property management company.
