Amenify resident is something new the apartment has and it’s a great app you get credits every month to use toward a purchase

I keep getting the run around and was told to call back in another 2-3 weeks. Its been months. Due to their new system its extremely hard to get ahold of the front office. This is a big issue and I will take it into stronger matters if need be.
- SJsavannah jentschSep 8, 20253.0For how much I pay in rent, it’s pretty ridiculous that my packages or mail are consistently stolen when part of the fees we pay with rent is for the smart locker for packages…… just for it still to not be a safe place for our stuff to be delivered. I’ve gone to check the mail multiple times and the entire covering is lifted off the mailboxes. For somewhere charging so much in rent the security should be better. It’s really not that hard to buy cameras and follow up when someone complains about their mail being stolen.

Management and maintenance are very responsive to any concerns I’ve had. They have resolved any issues to or above my expectations. The apartments and grounds are very clean and tended to. I’m proud to have people visit. I travel for a living, so am gone multiple times a month. I feel very safe here and leaving my home unattended for extended periods of time. The location is fantastic. Less than a minute to I-10. Tons of businesses and restaurants nearby. The intangible but wonderful part of this community is the office staff. I had mentioned that I had a cat, and travel a lot. They thought he might get lonely, so they got him the pictured toys! Who does that these days???? I cannot speak highly enough of them or the apartments Do yourself a favor. Water leaks from the ceiling of the guest bathroom never actually get fixed, gates are broke, and you will never get your deposit back. Not to mention packages are routinely misplaced and youre sure to get random mail belonging to other tenants....maybe even see the entire box structure left wide open. Run very far from here.
