Carlos is a great guy, very personable and made my son and I feel welcomed and explained everything in detail and helped us transition with ease. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, a very respectable community.

I mainly worked with Carlos he's Great! He's made sure that my request were met .I ❤️My new Mobile home very spacious & up to date .I Only had one concern once I moved in & that was the porch it was time for a new one .I had a Cat 🐈 living under my porch ( Which I'm afraid of) Lol ....I mentioned it to Carlos & he made sure 👌🏽 my needs were met by surprise 😮 😅one morning I'm laying in bed & it sounded like the house was about to go under ....I got up to check to see what was going on & the guys were building my new porch I'm super excited & satisfied with this . I would definitely give valley ridge a 10 anytime! Thank you Guys sooo much for making my move experience Awesome. ❤️🙏🏽😇

I have here a little over 2 months and I have had David to do 2 repairs at my place he is always light professional and a very respectful Nice job thank you David. Also the office staff Stephenie was a HUGE help in the wording of my maintenance request. She fixed it for me right on the spot
- DGDavon GentryOct 2, 20252.0Not a horrible place people leave you alone but when you put down your 1200$ deposit you are guarenteed not to get the full thing back no matter how clean you leave the place. They will charge u for a cleaner which is 175$ plus carpet shampoo and bio and that about 250$ so dont let them finesse you
