  I rate this apartment 3 out of 5 stars because management was very attentive in my experience maintenance was very good at time management and fixed a lot of issues in a timely fashion. Now for the cons , the water at these apartments is very hard if you have sensitive skin as I do it was very hard to not have dry skin . They have pests as it’s getting colder more of them are trying to find a warm place to live so be precautions and bomb before you move anything In . The yard is not as kept as it should be with animal waste rampant on grass and sidewalks hard to enjoy a coffee on the porch . This is still isn’t as bad as most starter apartments I’ve lived in I don’t have too many complaints overall I'm appreciative of the management and maintenance team great communication!

  Visiting family there I can say TC doesn't fix anything. They paint over roaches. They paint bath tubs and toilets over dirt and mildew and it chips off. The key pad is not grounded and it shocks everyone who presses buttons. Parking is a nightmare and the rent is massively over priced. Handrails on stairs are loose and dangerous. The pool is poorly maintained and always has nasties floating in it. Locks and handles to doors don't work and the parking lot is full of roots lifting the asphalt.The water is often turned off 'for repairs' too. Get it together.

  I’ve lived in turtle creek for almost 2 years and I can honestly say I enjoy living here! Jasmine and Sydney genuinely care for the apartments and their residents frankly any review I’ve ever seen that had a genuine concern they’ve always done their best to fix it ex. Water being turned off too frequently, holes in the fence etc. Maintenance for the most part has always been relatively quick to fix any issues we’ve had and from when I first moved here to now I honestly think they’ve gotten better with how long a work order takes to complete One of the biggest pros for me in these apartments is that in the whole time I’ve lived here I’ve never seen any kind of pests inside my apartment they genuinely do a very good job with pest control They’re quiet apartments that are relatively nice on the inside for their price and I think my only complaint would be that their parking lot can get full fast but I pay for a covered spot so it’s not too much of a problem for me It’s safe to say I like living here and plan to for however long I’m in San Antonio :)

  Best Place to Live !!!!! The location is great if you work in the medical area , the sqft for the Units are very affordable and beautiful the property is clean and safe during the day and at night it’s a very quite area ... Maria is amazing the tour I took with her was great she made sure to go above and beyond for the floor plan that suited me best ! She told me about all the fees upfront which is reasonable nothing crazy ... no complaints great place for me and my kids to call home
