**WORTH THE READ** From one neighbor to another, do not move here, especially if you have children and pets. Let me start by saying be super prepared, if u do choose to sign a lease be VERY PREPARED TO HAVE A TON OF MONEY SAVED UP. U will NOT get ur deposit back, you will need to hire cleaners, and extra maintenance who charge $750 in total and that’s not excluding your final bills, plus all ur extra expenses for moving so do w that information as u will. At 1st, I loved it. Sold me with the layout and everything, it was a dream apt. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, never any problems whatsoever. But as soon as we got the keys, to check out the apartment, there were roaches all over the apartment, big and small. I nearly cried because of how many we were finding. Eventually we cleaned up, set traps, sprays, etc. Even contacted pest control MANY TIMES. It eventually got a little better but no thanks to pest control who never came out anymore even after we pay them, they never show up. First red flag. Then, we’re showering and the water goes completely cold, not even showering for 15 mins before it gets cold. 2nd red flag. Our packages and MANY OTHERS have had their packages STOLEN *I’ve attached photos below* Also reports of cars being broken into, vandalism, but cannot tell us who these people are exactly. (photos of this as well) and yet we have a “security guard” who is never around or ever answers his phone. 3rd red flag. The neighbors are supposed to be “friendly” act very stuck up and rude. My neighbors downstairs have issues with pets and kids, and have left notes at our door and kept banging from their ceiling for us to keep it down at 7pm! Again I have kids, some very young and learning to walk, so I cannot control when they sleep and don’t. (Any parent knows this) (And no, they’re not running going crazy at all hours, they have bedtimes, and sometimes wake up at 7am. A normal time to wake up btw) And me, as a mother shouldn’t have to especially if I’m paying my rent just like them. My dogs are not loud, ONLY if someone is near our door for long periods of time, which they have no problem being near and have NO business being near, we have them on camera doing this as well. & makes ZERO sense that there’s literally a dog park and dogs are barking at all hours of the night and early morning *im not complaining, I get it, they’re animals* They live right next to the park but my dogs are the problem? I’ve tried to be nice about this situation but I will not let anyone make my kids feel uncomfortable in their own home. Police have been called already to report harassment multiple times. Neighbors upstairs are constantly fighting, threatening to shoot each other and throwing items down to the parking lots from their balcony, with glass shattered into the parking lot. 4th red flag. Other things that have caught our attention & many others apparently. The pool is filled with people who I smoke (not cigarettes, if you know what I mean) while babies/kids are there, and have loud music playing all hours of the day/night. People breaking into the main entry gate. (Again no security guard in sight) Annoying cars & motorcycles speeding like crazy through the night waking everyone up and I don’t mean just speeding through, I mean they literally do donuts for long periods of time LATE/VERY EARLY MORNINGS screaming & throwing glass bottles. Dog park is plain, disgusting & needs more attention w cleaning. Elevators are constantly being “repaired” from breaking down (would not recommend if you or your loved one is disabled) Hallways are filthy. I’d want someone to look out for me & my kids, and as a neighbor who cares about other parents & their kids, I would NOT move here if you have a family. It is not the place for you. Please look somewhere else. They’re definitely better options out there for what you’re gonna pay here. Oh & don’t trust these “good reviews” most of them are lies. They always do raffles for their residents to get a H-E-B gift card if they leave a good google review. So 👍 *attached photos as well*

I am extremely disappointed with how the maintenance situation was handled today. The team was working on clearing a toilet clog in the apartment next to mine, and as a result, my own bathroom was left in an unsanitary condition. They entered my apartment to address the issue they caused, but only wiped the water from the floor. When I asked them to properly clean and sanitize the commode that had been affected, they refused. This situation is very concerning. It shows a lack of hygiene, accountability, and respect for residents. When maintenance work affects another apartment, the area should be properly cleaned without residents having to ask. Is this really the level of service and professionalism management expects from the maintenance team? I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are trained to be more responsible and respectful in the future.

this complex has a pretty lay out and the pool is nice, however the roach problem is atrocious, even with pest control and everything that you can buy at home depot and being clean. The roaches are crazy. Also when you move out they will charge you for everything even if you moved out with no damage or no pets. they will make things up and charge you for it. I do not recommend this complex at all.

Woke up at three in the morning to the sound of a car alarm going off in the parking lot. I look outside only to see Trinity Towing company, towing my brand new 2026 Mercedes loaner vehicle from the Mercedes dealership while my original Mercedes was being maintenance. No, I did not park in visitor parking as I am a resident. Horrible towing vender, Who does not provide exact change, which is illegal! I’m suppose to go to Austin tomorrow but now have to deal with this trash!

I really wouldnt recommend living here unless youre comfortable with a roach infestation that they say the weekly pest control helps, but in reality its not just the single units, its the entire complexs themselves and dont forget continuous break ins if you own a garage. Although its a beautiful property, the staff doesnt seem to mind too much that a lot of the hallways have urine and poop stains, trash, blood and of course the occasional stolen package. Theres little to no security, so theres been multiple cars being jacked, multiple garages being broken into (me and my brother just lost a whole car, and a bunch of memorabilia items) and to clarify they broke into BOTH of our garages three seperate times in 2 weeks. While the last time was on us, the first two times they not only broke both of our doors, but they broke my brothers actual garage door and unfortunately the apartment complex doesnt do much to resolve the situation or even up the security, they just find reasons around the situation that were your fault. On top of that the apartment is incredibly overbearing when it comes to not allowing people to put stuff on their doors or porchs and send out multiple messages a month threatening fines. I really enjoyed living here at first but after continuous issues with little to no resolve and an increase in safety concerns. Please dont respond to this review asking us to reach out to the office, we've done that multiple times and unfortunately we've lost all trust in the managements capability to truly be there and support their community.
