  As someone who visits my girlfriend here often, I can confidently say the Parker is outstanding. The amenities are always clean, modern, and well-maintained—whether it’s the common areas, gym, or outdoor spaces, everything feels thoughtfully cared for and welcoming. The maintenance truly deserves recognition. Any time there’s been a request, it’s handled quickly and professionally, and the work is done right the first time. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community in great shape. The staff/ front office is another major highlight. The front office is friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They always greet visitors with a smile and make the environment feel safe and comfortable. Overall, this is a place that feels like home—not just for residents, but for guests too. I’m always happy to spend time here, and I can absolutely see why my girlfriend loves living here. Highly recommend for families, couples and someone starting out. 5 ⭐️s

  The Parker has been a great apartment for my son. The place is so cute, they keep it spotless and it’s safe! If I was going to live in an apartment I’d chose this place. I lease at the Canplant at the Pearl for my business and I can tell you the way the Parker is managed far exceeds the service at the Pearl. The pool is gorgeous, this place is a hidden gem!

  I absolutely love living here. The amenities and design make every day feel like I'm living at a resort, while the neighbors and community activities brought a feeling of home from day one.

  Moved in 5 months ago, this place feels like you’re living in a resort in Mexico or Palm Springs. The landscaping is stunning, the pool huge and always immaculately cleaned , the outdoor kitchen so useful and the fire pit is Super cool. We hosted friends over the other night and roasted s’mores by fire! The design details are unique , beautiful and amazing ( Kim Wolf was designer). And, the owners ( local) and staff are incredibly attentive and very responsive when something needs to be addressed. They plan to have a car service, pet care and events regularly!

  I moved here few months ago and haven't looked back! The place is very well kept. It has nice amenities. Everyone is super nice and helpful.
