  I really love living at this apartment complex. I’ve been here for 3 years now. The location is unbeatable, and the sense of community here is great. The staff has always been great, and overall the experience has been wonderful. The only challenge is parking, especially when it comes to visitor passes, which can be a bit frustrating for guests at times. I’d love to see this improved in the future. That said, I’m genuinely happy here and would 100% recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  Mosaic on Broadway is a great place to live at. My wife and I have extended our lease here already. The front staff is very friendly and approachable to any question or concerns we may have. The maintenance staff gets our requests very quickly and is good about making sure our little dog doesn't run out when they come to service the apartment. Everyone is kind, caring and a pleasure to talk to. The apartment is in a great location, just a block away from the Pearl. My wife, fluffy boy and I go for evening walks to the Pearl, the key pad combination doors make it easy to come and go without concern of someone else coming in, as well as does the fob locked elevator to go upstairs. All and all a great place to live!

  Honestly, I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are clean, the property is well maintained, and the staff in the office are helpful and kind (James and Donna)! Maintenance is fast, responsive, and friendly, and the building feels safe and well managed. The location is super convenient, especially for commuting, and overall it just feels like a comfortable place to come home to after long days. Would definitely recommend living here.

  I am in my second year at the Mosaic on Broadway and it has been my favorite apartment complex I have ever lived in. The building is very secure and quiet. The rental staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick and professional. The pool is very nice and there are two grills that both get to 500 degrees, so one has always been available when I’ve gone to grill. It is in a great part of San Antonio, where you are walking distance from the pearl, but also there is less traffic around the building than some of the other buildings on Broadway, so during holidays it is not as hectic trying to get somewhere in your car. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality apartment in the downtown area!

  I love living here! The apartments have great layouts and use of space, plenty of storage in the kitchen, closets are big, and bonus is a stackable washer/dryer along with stainless steel appliances. One thing that makes it unique is they don’t have hot water heaters, it’s like a hotel, you never run out of hot water! I especially love the extra attention that was given to soundproofing, I never hear my neighbors or the traffic downstairs on Broadway. My view from my balcony is of Jefferson Bank and Hemisfair to the right. The amenities can’t be beat, nice gym, beautiful pool w/ jacuzzi, dog park, dog grooming station, clubhouse, and CVS on site for those last minute things you might need or to get medicine if you’re sick. The convenience of the Pearl being across the street is nice for walking to the weekend farmers markets, or the restaurants, bars, and cute shops without the headache of finding and paying for parking. Also, you’re close enough to downtown that rideshares are cheap for getting around. Where Mosaic shines over other places I have lived is the staff. They have a small group of people who work here so you know them when you need them for maintenance, which they are so quick to respond. Thank you Edgar. Yolanda, & Agustin. In the office you have Donna & James, they are so kind and helpful, and they literally know everyone who lives here, they remember you and things you like to do, your pets names, etc. Makes it feel more like they are family or friends. The last thing, but most important, is the security of the building. There are keypads for side entry, and key fobs to open the elevators, allowing only residents to access the building. There is paid parking for residents (cheaper than what I paid to have a carport at my last complex) that is on the second floor that is gated, for an extra fee you can have a reserved space. Otherwise you can park for free on the first floor. Can’t say enough good things about living here. If I could buy my apartment I would!
