- YLYana Lakova5 days ago5.0Mosaic on Broadway is a wonderful place for busy people who have no time or skill to service an entire house. It has a homey vibe, it is family friendly and all maintenance guys have been very quick to respond when needed. The management is wonderful and the cleaning girl keeps the building straight and flowery. I like that the building is airconditioned, the bugs are under control, packages are never missing and the neighbors are nice people (not a wild college crowd like, some other places). I wish they had 3-bedroom apartments...

- MHMatthew HarrisSep 24, 20225.0I moved into the Mosaic in February 2020, prior to the Pandemic. Between then and now, I have built a plethora of memories that are surrounding this establishment (aka home). The size/cost analysis was unbeatable considering being located in the Pearl district & right off Broadway Street. The staff & service was top notch, being able to create great professional friendships while feeling part of a family. My living space consisted of a nice view of the Pearl/ Sam's Burger Joint from my balcony. This allowed for the option of listening to live music while sitting outside viewing the San Antonio skyline in the distance & a great picture of Hotel Emma and the Pearl Brewing Can. The sliding glass door out the balcony was refurbished Vegas hotel windows which allowed for limited sound if I wanted peace/quiet inside. (I used the Ace Ventura scene as an example of what that is like...if you have never seen the movie, go to Youtube and look up "sliding glass door Ace Ventura"). The Mosaic is also pet friendly with a beautiful new dog park behind the building. I have a 4.5 year old buddy named Atlas who met several of his doggy friends and their owners while out on our walks, in the park, or just walking through the hallways. Also, my neighbors were always wonderful and the connections that I made in passing, at the pool, in the gym or even while parking my car, are ones that I will hold to/stay in touch with in my future. This review is just an ounce of the awesomeness that I experienced while living the Mosaic. On a 1-10 scale, they are a 12 and I would recommend this place to any of my friends who currently live or plan on moving to San Antonio.
