  This place is disgusting. The animal waste problem is out of control. Besides the front door, the entrance/exits everywhere have urine and feces scattered all over. My dog has been diagnosed with a skin condition Malassezia dermatitis, which I'm certain was caused from me bringing my dog outside here. The residents here are horribly lazy and don't clean up after themselves. This has led to an absolute bio waste hazard. And the amount of filth that gets tracked through the stairways, into the halls and into your apartments! Even if you avoid the disgusting filthy grass areas, well everything from those areas tracks onto your shoes and into your homes!! If you have a dog with itchy paws or skin and are taking them to potty outside, clean up after them or you are part of the problem! The amount of animal excrement is overwhelming. Please for the love of God, CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR ANIMALS! Be a responsible adult and pick up the poop! Lazy disgusting filthy people make me sick. You don't deserve an animal if you can't even keep things clean for them to be healthy. You wouldn't poop in a corner in your own home and never clean it? Why would you force that on your pet? Also please to this property, the residents here obviously don't care about your empty threats about picking up after themselves! You do nothing to enforce residents actually having to clean up and basically hope that the residents will handle it themselves. Look how well that has worked?? Hire some actual maintenance and clean this place up!! Quit sending empty threats through email which do absolutely nothing but get deleted. Lazy and despicable approach to managing your property!

  I’ve been living here for about three months now, and I’m incredibly happier than I was in my previous place. The maintenance was terrible there; they never fulfilled orders on time and even left me without a toilet for six days! However, when I moved in and needed some items replaced or fixed, they promptly came the next day. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with packages and providing information. They’ve made me feel right at home, and Kacey, in particular, makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. I highly recommend living here.

  In the past I’ve always had problems with maintenance, but this apartment is always on top of it!

  Two weeks ago, property replied to a comment about the gates being busted, stating that repairs would be made promptly. That has not happened. Instead they just remain open 24/7. Zero security at this point. The lights out front are never on at night, so it's dangerous outside now with it getting dark earlier. People can easily trip over hazards just trying to walk around in front at night. It's a huge liability that has been an ongoing problem.. This property is doing the bare minimum and it shows...

  Another apartment complex with major security issues, unkempt facilities, and a staff that hides behind corporate to talk down to residents and never get issues addressed. I’m so glad for Google reviews. I will not be moving in here. I toured and the staff was very unprofessional. Instead of addressing cleaning issues, they say things are a “work in progress”. To security issues, they say lame platitudes like “crime has no zip code”. No thank you.
