We are residents of two years who are exhausted by the continuous frustration of living here. Just tonight, we are experiencing an emergency after-hours leak where water is streaming from the apartment above us through the light fixture in our kitchen. This is obviously an electrical nightmare, especially considering that roughly one-third of the property is still shuttered following a major fire that took place around Thanksgiving. Despite this, we have no way to contact an emergency maintenance team after hours. The office phone number listed both in the resident app and online is not configured for after-hours calls following an abrupt switch to new management. And not just new management - an entirely new management team and staff were ushered in all at once, without a single notice to residents. In the past, we would have called the office and reported this to the emergency maintenance line. Instead, we now have no way to notify management of an emergency other than submitting a standard form. No one has contacted us or shown up to help, and they presumably will not be responding until tomorrow, so we are left to hope there is not too much damage to our property during that time, while the water spot on the ceiling keeps growing. This situation is the cherry on top of a months-long battle with excessive, constant noise from our upstairs neighbors (including during quiet hours), which has become so physically and emotionally taxing that we often leave our apartment just to get away from it. Despite months of diligently documented noise logs and recorded instances of our apartment literally shaking from the stomping and running above us, the new property management has stated that, “At this time, lease breaks are not permitted for this type of situation.” So here we are: a leaky ceiling with no one to call; a property manager I attempted to meet with in person three separate times last week regarding our ongoing noise issues, only to receive an apathetic email in response; and a shuttered wing of the property less than 50 yards from our door, where water-damaged units are rotting and developing mold. All of these things grossly overshadow the multiple pieces of personal property we’ve had stolen from outside our front door - likely a result of the complete lack of security due to constantly broken garage gates and entry doors allowing anyone to drive into the complex and walk into the hallways. I am not exaggerating when I say that over the last couple of months, I wake up nearly every day with a headache because of one issue or another. I would happily tell anyone that this is an amazing area to live in, and what’s inside our apartment has brought us a lot of joy. But the lack of communication after the fire, suspected mold, constant turnover of management, and their apathy about excessive noise from residents they transferred despite a known history of similar complaints goes beyond frustrating. It’s nearly unlivable.

This new staff is amazing! I spoke to the manager Cassandra regarding a work order that had a part ordered & she personally came with maintenance to ensure my dryer was replaced vs waiting for the part. Amenities are always clean & everyone else is friendly. I just renewed and happy with my decision.

I showed up, as a walk-in the other day and they were having a staff meeting. I really like the area so I just thought I would stop by after seeing a couple other properties and still one more to see. They told me I had to wait outside, which took about another 15 minutes or so. Once I got in the lady that helped me went to a computer and started looking at what they had available. When I asked her about a shorter lease, she tried to give me a tutorial on how to navigate the website, saying that everything was on there. I reiterated that I was just wondering if they did have shorter leases and she said she’s showing me. Finally she wouldn’t ask somebody and found out that they do not have shorter leases. Just not very impressed with the service & the wait. Beautiful property and great location though.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the security and management. On Jan 4 2026, I discovered that multiple personal items were stolen directly from my private balcony, including several pairs of footwear and even the shoe rack/stand itself. This is not just “minor property loss” – it means someone was able to get close enough to my home to take things from my balcony without being noticed or stopped. One of the most worrying parts is that there appears to be **no camera system** covering the relevant areas – no visible security cameras on or near the balconies or the routes someone would use to access them. That means there is no footage to review, no way to identify who did this, and no real deterrent to prevent it from happening again. I reported this incident to the police and obtained a case number, and I also notified the leasing office. Despite the seriousness of the situation, the response from management has been underwhelming and generic. There has been no clear explanation of what, if anything, is being done to investigate, no transparency about security issues on the property, and no concrete steps communicated to improve safety around balconies and access points. As a paying resident, I expect a basic level of security and a serious response when a theft occurs on the premises. Instead, I’m left feeling unsafe in my own home and unsure if this could happen again. If you are considering moving here, be aware that: 1.Items on your balcony or near your front door may not be secure. 2.There is no effective camera system in place to help deter or investigate theft. 3.Communication and follow‑through from the office in response to security incidents are poor. Until management takes real action to improve security, installs proper cameras, and proactively addresses incidents like this, I cannot recommend living at this place.

I’ve been living here for about three months now, and I’m incredibly happier than I was in my previous place. The maintenance was terrible there; they never fulfilled orders on time and even left me without a toilet for six days! However, when I moved in and needed some items replaced or fixed, they promptly came the next day. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with packages and providing information. They’ve made me feel right at home, and Kacey, in particular, makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. I highly recommend living here.
