- OSOrlando SalazarNov 12, 20251.0Everything was fine for the day, when I moved, they presented things that were in good condition during the inspection, they sent them to me a month with damages inside the apartment that they never got at the time of the inspection, just a bad deal because what I see is that they want to take money and more by adding to the time of moving when they are no longer these things that do not correspond like melted light bulbs, broken curtains, dirty air filter when they must be hired every 3 months. Change them very badly, very disappointed, Besides having lived with cockroaches for two years without them being able to control, they charge me at the time of moving my bad work.

I have lived here 8 yrs and since Ashley has arrived she always been available for every issue I have had . She always takes the time to listen , no matter what the problem is and will get it fixed . Ashley is always so cheerful even if the day has been long and hard . Lookout is very fortunate to have her here and we are indeed blessed.
