  The property is pleasant; however, the property manager's conduct has made the experience difficult. They exhibit unprofessional behavior and lack interpersonal skills. Similarly, the front desk staff member "Kim" has displayed unprofessional-ism. On a positive note, Tamika and the maintenance team are outstanding and provide excellent service.

  Do yourself a favor, and look at the other apartments in this area. They have molded units, and cheap/ faulty wiring that almost caused a fire in the laundry room in my apartment. This place constantly has new leasing agents working, which falls on the residents in the end because if you email an agent who is no longer there they "didn't see it" so it's now your problem. Horrible manager who just nonchalantly shrugs his shoulders at everything you say, and refuses to give corporate number. UPDATE: I WILL NOT BE SILENCED ON THIS. THE MANAGER KYRAN TSCHOEPE IS ILLEGALLY ALLOWING CHARGES TO BE ADDED, AND BILLED ON FINAL STATEMENTS. I NEVER RESIGNED A LEASE FOR THE 2026 YEAR, SO HOW AM I BEING CHARED A BREAKING LEASE FEE?!

  We’ve been here for almost a month and are very happy! Tameka was our leasing agent and was absolutely fantastic and so kind. She made the whole process easy and comfortable. The community is quiet, people seem nice, and the amenities are upgraded. I def recommend living here.

  My husband and I have lived on this property for 3 years now and have absolutely loved it. The main reason…. The Maintenance!. Honestly there is no better place for this 1 reason!. These guys know what they’re doing and keep on top of it! We are now moving to a sister property only because the renewal rate that was given to us for our current apartment was the same rate. Looking around e decided we can go elsewhere and have the same for $400 less. The rental market is down right now so, got to go where the savings are. I loved this place though. Beautiful property! Very safe and family oriented! Always felt like home. The only complaint I would have is the turn over rate in the office. I am going to a property that has personnel in the office that has been there for 15 years, this tells me a lot. If you can keep them happy then without a doubt you will keep your tenants happy. But I would always come back to The Lodge without hesitancy. I will miss it! Jamie & Jesse
