- VCvic cDec 21, 20251.0I’ve had ongoing issues with excessive noise and repeated disturbances coming from the unit above mine, including situations that appeared to involve domestic violence. These incidents often occur late at night and have significantly impacted my ability to feel safe and comfortable in my own home. What is most upsetting is the response from management. When I contacted the front office during one of these middle-of-the-night disturbances, the leasing agent, Tamkea, laughed when the situation was described. This response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive of a serious concern. Management has consistently failed to address the noise complaints or take concerns seriously. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who values safety, professionalism, or responsive management.

She communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, but Tameka truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and on time. Her responsiveness and positive attitude made a huge difference. I highly recommend working with her if you’re considering this community!

Kim at the front office guided us through every step of the way during our move and has always showed us the most caring attitude as have the others, we’re very thankful for this staff and this complex :)))
