  I am writing this to warn potential residents about the lack of basic maintenance and the poor communication from the front office. My water heater has been completely out for over a week now, leaving me without hot water for bathing or cleaning. Despite multiple requests, maintenance has never once stepped foot in my apartment to inspect the unit. When I finally managed to get someone in the office on the phone, I was told they were "waiting on parts." This is impossible, as they have not yet diagnosed the issue with my specific heater. They then changed their story, claiming they had to finish work on other units before getting to mine, and that it could be another week before I have hot water again. It is unacceptable to leave a resident without a basic necessity for two weeks while providing conflicting excuses instead of actual service. If you value a management team that communicates honestly and handles urgent repairs in a timely manner, I suggest looking elsewhere.

  This place was great a year ago . Now I have to constantly bug maintenance and the office just to get an update an I still have no idea when or if this place will get fixed . My air conditioning and heater has been out over a month .( during the worst freeze. Since 2021 ) we were stuck going to buy plug in heaters . Now the SA heat is back we’re stuck buying plug in fans . My elderly mother restroom is constantly flooded . Water leaking into the room .im not the type to leave nasty reviews but this place definitely deserves it .

  Los peores departamentos en San Antonio, estamos todavia esperando uno de 3 cuartos, siempre nos dicen para "tal dia" te lo tenemos listos, todavia no nos lo dan, siempre vemos que vienen a quejarse, realmente no recomiendo para nada mudarse para acá, busquen otros.

  Es servicio de mantenimiento es casi nulo y los de administración son te dice que si y lo actúan y sin contar las segundas del conjunto

  Apartamento 1211 está infestado de roedores no se puede cocinar se comen la despensa tengo mis niñas pequeñas es anti higiénico ay fugas en el techo de el comedor fuga de agua en lavamanos ya informamos no hacen nada y no me prestan asunto
