  Do not move into The Estates of Northwoods or Sedona Ranch! We saw multiple kinds of bugs during our move in inspection and immediately started requesting pest control. The roaches just got worse and the property managers tried to say it was our fault because we had dishes in the sink from breakfast when they came by. Pest control would only spray the kitchen and bathrooms even though the whole apartment was infested. We had to move out because it was a health concern for our infant who even started mimicking killing the roaches. We broke our lease after 6 months after a property manager randomly stopped by around thanksgiving and made vague threats to evict us (probably because we kept calling for pest control). To make matters worse, they kept our security deposit, sent us a $16,000 bill and refused our offer to settle after the unit was rented and the bill went to collections. Still ruining my credit and won’t negotiate on the settlement 2 years later.

  The leasing agents were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel comfortable, were knowledgeable, and didn’t rush the process. You can tell they care about providing a good experience. Their hospitality is second to NONE and there’s no other team better in the business than here. 10/10

  I highly recommend moving into this apartment complex. They are super friendly, And super professional. Michelle Is phenomenal. She’s one of the best I’ve ever had to deal with. She was kind, she was accommodating And above all she was transparent. she answered all my text and questions in the timely matter. anytime I needed something she was there. I recommend highly talking to Her if you’re looking for an apartment here. She was very pleasant.

  Just in case you’re thinking about renting from Sedona Ranch or the Estates of north woods I would not recommend it. This place has very incompetent people as far as management and the girls at the front desk unbelievably don’t care what you have to say. Just wanna get you off the phone as soon as possible no personality skills about as smart as a baked potato with their IQs when you ask them to fix your shower they break it more and just tell you to put in another service request. I would never recommend this place to anybody not even my worst enemies. Do you think the owners of this complex would actually hire people that have people skills but unfortunately that’s missing here which makes it highly difficult to deal with this individual people. They’ve asked me for three different Money orders they forgot $.31 which is highly funny and sad at the same time. Anyway, I just thought I’d give a little review. Hope this helps everybody who’s thinking about moving here. So today I put in a service call at 9am o’clock and they filed it at 5 PM. So now I’ll be unable to shower until the next day when they decide to fix it if they even get to it very low capacity. it is now 5 o’clock Saturday and they still have not sent anybody to power wash or clean up the human feces in front of the doors of the apartments.

  Late post: I moved out of my apartment in building 7, May of this year. I wanted to leave a review. I moved into my apartment in 2020. During my time there everything was great! From my initial visit and encounter with then office staff to the maintenance team that always quickly responded to tickets in a timely manner and were always kind. Parking was always available. The property was well kept. (Roofing updated on buildings and parking lot repaved) The fitness room and pool area was well kept. The renovations made to the fitness room was a nice touch. If the gates were damaged, they were repaired and working in a timely manner. The front office staff was always kind and honest. The communication was great regarding any issues on the property; Issues that were in their control, they handled. The only issue I experienced with the front office was the inconsistent and continuous change of staff. Due to how often this happened, it would cause confusion and inconsistent information. All my neighbors and residents were kind and some have resided there before I moved in. The move out process was easy. I received my deposit back. My time living at The Estates of Northwoods was a pleasure. I truly loved calling it home. Thank you! 💚✌🏾
