This place has gone downhill. there is so many issues with these apartments, from no water at times, some of us residents have older AC units with no cool air coming out much, while others have a newer ac unit. Plus a major roach infestation problem. they collect a fee of $7.50 for pest control from everyone on there monthly bill and don’t be having pest control come in and spray every month the last pest control they had only came in 2 times a year that was it when I was told it was going to be monthly, and I saw that they used my sink to put water in there spray tanks, and I reported it to the apartment manager and she made it seem like it was our issue. when the management in charge of here were the ones who hired them. not just that there is a lot of cracked out homeless hanging around and some residents who be selling drugs here. the cops are always coming due to fights with the residents, or someone on crack hanging around. this place is literally falling apart all around. I wish I can post the pictures on here to show proof, and management have yet to do anything about any of these issues no matter how many times these issues have been reported, they say for you to fill out a online maintenance order, and then mark it as completed, but don’t actually go and fix the issues. mind you some people here have few big pitbull dogs they let on the lose here that have been known to chase people or attack someone else is dogs already that on the leash but yet those pitbull dog owners are still allowed to live here. overall it suck’s here! Management will automatically sign you up for 1 yr lease without telling you that you have other options for a 6month, or a monthly or 1 yr lease, and if you have kids I would not recommend living here.

This complex is absolutely appalling. The management company is a joke. They have tenants without AC for over two weeks in the hottest time of the year in South Texas. The management company’s office staff is extremely unprofessional, telling people they need to speak English, making snide comments about their last names, disregarding the hardships their worthless property is causing their tenants, and more. There are bugs! They don’t keep up the property at all and truly could care less about the people who live there. It’s truly the slums.

Whole place is a dump. Mildew everywhere. Rude management. Mailboxes broken. No one ever in the office. Avoid this disaster and save yourselves.

I dont live here but my girlfriend does, and I would not recommend. I will upload more pics of her sisters apartment with the roach infestation at the other complex. Also the ac does not operate accordingly, its hot as hell. The pic posted show how people mail boxes get broken into.
