The office staff are incredible—just last month, they organized a coffee bar in the office that will bring everyone together. Communication has really improved, too; I always get timely updates about upcoming maintenance and community events, which makes me feel well-informed and cared for. The friendly atmosphere and welcoming neighbors have made my experience truly enjoyable, and I'm excited for the future coming up events. The sense of community here has contributed to my overall happiness, and I highly recommend the Crossing to anyone looking for a vibrant and supportive place to live!

There is a sense of pride being taken in the planting of flowers and making it look nice. I would recommend the property to all my friends. It’s been for the most part a quiet and comfortable experience with minor inconveniences that the maintenance is always present to fix as far as work orders. New multi property Manager Andrew Ramos has been excellent in communications regarding updates with the property or just responsive with returning emails. I can observe that new management is more experienced with people first skills and is definitely trying to raise the standards for this property. It’s a plus that it’s near a shopping center, laundry, school and other location’s.
