  They sent me to collections for $150 cleaning fee on top of not returning my $150 security deposit. I provided them my forwarding address but they never sent any mail or tried to communicate via email. Any communication would have been nice and the fee would have been paid, but I have a hit on my credit score instead.

  Management is horrible. If you want fees for retaliation then rent here.... Wow you had time after I left my review to look in your system for my past lease. Insane. You wont find it cause my email has my maiden name. But when I lived their yall never had time to address my issues. So yes this review was not left on accident with a 3star rating I would read the comments and try to improve the apartments instead of finding faults in the reviews.

  Do not move here. Was moved into a unit that was infested with roaches. When talking to management they made us go through multiple “protocols” before considering moving apartments. Had to “bomb” apartment twice and when they agreed to moving units, they tried to up our rent & charge additional fees. They don’t take accountability for anything and we had to go as far as hiring an attorney to get out the situation. Save yourself the trouble!
