  The very first week I moved here the maintenance staff became upset with me and threatened to follows me to my apartment. The police had to be called. I expressed my concern over staff with anger issues having keys to everyone’s apartment and Olga was unsympathetic, angry and had a huge lack of self control. After ongoing issues I requested to move out of this place early! I DO NOT recommend this place for anyone who wishes to find a community of good hearted people. The entire staff lives at the apartment complex and loves to micromanage. When I brought guests that were African American we were monitored and intimidated to leave twice. The manager Olga had my AirPods case, the gps tracked that it was in their office and the staff attempted to gaslight me for 45 minutes and tell me that they did not have my case. When I informed them I would be calling the police, the case was returned to me, well Olga threw it at me while having a tantrum. My mail was taken out of the gym area and when I accidentally left it there, the staff gas lit me again saying it was ridiculous for me to believe they had my mail. I called cooperate and 20 minutes later the staff knocked on my door and returned it to me. They told me there would be a washer and dryer in my unit and there wasn’t. I’ve been going to the laundry mat for a year since living here. This place high key, reminds me of a retirement home for young people. Yesterday I had to call the police after being intimidated by staff members and being made to feel uncomfortable while conducting my daily workout. To avoid the staff I have started going to the gym outside of their business hours and yesterday they came in early to still be in the same vicinity as me! I do not recommend this place, it is not safe. Cars get broken into, there are no cameras beyond the first floor and the staff living where the residents live is a huge safety, access, an vulnerability concern. The best thing about this place was the staff member Maria, who was a genuine, kind, sweet lady, and she no longer works here. DO NOT LIVE HERE I would give this place zero stars if I could.

  Bravo to the leasing manager who has been helpful and takes the time out during her busy schedule to assists me immediately each month! Bravo to Mrs. Olga for wearing dual hats and thank you!

  I want to give Shout Out to maintenance for their excellent work and promptness. I had 6 or7 different requests for service,didn't expect maintenance to fulfill in one day much less minutes. I was impressed,grateful and thankful. Also got some good advice. GREAT WORK MAINTENANCE Very grateful tenant, Velma

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “I’ve lived at The Abbey at Dominion Crossing and it’s honestly the best apartment community I’ve stayed at. The location is perfect — close to everything I need but still quiet and relaxing. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-kept, with great layouts and quality finishes. The amenities are top-notch too: the pool, gym, and lounge areas really make it feel like a resort. The staff and maintenance team have been helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed something, and the property always feels clean and cared for. Overall, I’ve had nothing but a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place in san antonio
