- DDdomthebomb1824 days ago5.0Chelsea and Christina are the managers at sunset canyon apartments and for nearly the last 3 years no matter what the situation has been they have always taken care of me and my fellow friends/neighbors who also live here. Their timely manner and professionalism of addressing and fixing any issues with my apartment, lease, or around the community have always been expeditiously and meticulously met. They make it very easy to communicate and they take the time to help explain any questions you have from the very beginning. From the application and move in process, to the end and move out process. However, these two business women and the team they have established make it hard for me to want even think about leaving and I’m sure anyone else that moves here would feel the same as well!
- JMjeremy martinez4 days ago5.0Chelsea is the best property manager by far we’ve had here at sunset canyon, she definitely takes care of the complex and any issues or concerns I have she reassures me that she will handle it, an sometime I get skeptical because in the past others have not helped me but her and Cristina try there best to attend the situation as fast as they can, but I truly cannot thank Chelsea enough for making my life easier and handling the problems super fast, definitely would recommend her to all my sunset canyon neighbors. She truly is the best thank you Chelsea ! 🔥🔥

Been here for over 2 years the front gate has only worked for a total of 1-2 weeks through the years, at that point why even have a gate, anyone can come in. THE WORTS PART is you are guaranteed to be without hot water 1 time a month for at least 24 hours. Since it runs on an old boiler it will effect multiple unit meaning 1-9 buildings can be without hot water at once, It has seemed like it’s been breaking more and more the last couple months. They don’t keep you updated on situations. They will send 1 email if that and never follow up about situations. They leave abandoned vehicles in the parking lot as long as the windows and tires are not flat/ broken. Told the apartment about a truck and the tow truck just moved it to another spot did not take it. I can list more but this review is long. Don’t waste your time. Save yourself the headache and frustrations
