  Don’t not i repeat do not move out here because when you move out they will hit you with charges like this our apartment was flooded back in September they did not rehouse us and I had a 4 month old at the time and we had to breathe in all that dust I called the office and was told that it was ok for us to stay in there under those conditions they did finish painting the walls they left stuff in finished and now we’re being charged for them to fix what they missed they always getting new staff that don’t know what their doing Shayla set me an walk through appointment and when I went they told me they couldn’t doing and said they only had 9:30 am available they did the walked through with out me then told me they had set they time to accommodate me, but it was not me when need it and now look

  Matthew was amazing! He provided a thorough explanation of the pricing and process and was super kind and personable. He took us on a tour and was awesome through the whole thing!

  Follow up to my review!! So far after placing a review it seems like little things have started to slowly get better. Original Review! Landscaping needs major overhaul water lines stick out everywhere. Major wires from cable and other things are exposed all over the place. Tenants hang trash, blankets, mattresses, and other stuff off thier balconies which is a blatant lease violation. The pools are hit or miss some days clean. HOMELESS PACKAGE THEFT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A COMPLEX!! ON DAILY BASIS GROUPS COME INTO COMPELX AND JUST TAKE ALL THE PACKAGES THEY CAN SEE PUT IN THIER BAGS AND WALK OUT OF COMPLEX. THIS IS ON A DAILY BASIS!! DOG CRAP EVERYWHERE!!! NO EXAGGERATION!! TRASH PROBLEM HORRIBLE ON SOME DAYS. 1 POSITIVE NOTE IS THAT MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR PROBLEMS IN THE APARTMENT IS SECOND TO NONE. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM FOR THE APARTMENTS HAVE SUPER FAST RESPONSE TIME AND DO GOOD JOB AT FIXING. ITS JUST A SHAME THIER NOT IN CHARGE OF EVERYTHING ELSE.

  This review might be long but if ur considering moving here u must read. I had a problem the day i moved in. Yes there is homeless people that are in the vicinity but for the most part they don't mess with the residents. I was treated with all the respect and professionalism from the staff when i came in the first time and there after. I was shown the exact apartment i was going to rent (not a model unit). The day before i moved in, i came to sanitize and do a run down with bleach everywhere. My unit did not have to be cleaned in any way, shape or form. They gave me the key to a super clean apt. When i left i did not lock the door right as i left in a hurry. That night, 2 homeless people got into my apt and slept inside. They did not destroy or mess with anything. I guess they were just looking for somewhere to sleep and thought it was vacant. The wonderful neighbors let me know when i showed up the next day with the uhaul. I went to the office and requested a deadbolt, it was installed that same day for my safety and had extra security passing the next few nights for my security. I've since then gone through job changes and they have been very understanding of my rent being paid in payments or a little late. Yes i do have to pay late fees but they've never been rude about anything. Now months later since I've moved in, we all know crime goes up on the holidays. Its December and just a couple of days ago i saw on the neighborhood app how there was people looking into patios and stealing things. I went to run an errand today and i came back at night time. There was security posted asking EVERYONE for proof that u live here before coming in. I have lived in SA for 6 years and have moved every year when my lease is up due to not feeling safe. I've even been robbed at gunpoint at another apartment i lived in the past. No management has ever been concerned about the safety of their residents like Stoneybrook, in what i can say MY personal experience. Even when i went to complain about the neighbors upstairs which took me months to do cuz I hate being that neighbor. They don't ignore u or disregard your concerns. They addressed the issue right away and told me to comeback right away if the neighbor retaliated. Now with all that aside, the amenities are amazing. 3 pools, bbq pits, the gazeebo, volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court and just having nice neighbors around that greet u and are kind when they see you outside walking. I def would love to stay here and call this my home for years to come.
