    This is a horrible place to live. The company who owns it is property poor and WILL NOT invest in it or fix anything. I've been here for 5 years. It used to be a great place to live until Dayrise took ownership. It took me 4 years to get a FOB for the mail room and gym. But the worst part by far is the maintenance and upkeep of the community. My sink started backing up my neighbor's waste water and they did not fix it for 6 days. That's 6 days I was hand scooping my neighbor's waste water out of my sink, no sleep, just trying to keep my apartment from flooding with filth. My child and I got extremely sick as a result of doing this as we were exposed to multiple toxins. The water heater started leaking and they did not fix it for a few days, and that ruined my washer (that I own). They haven't come to repair or replace it so we are hand washing our clothes in the tub now. We have a continuous leak in our bathroom that I have had a work order on for several weeks. As a result of the leak, we have not had hot water for several weeks (another unanswered work order). I had a contract plumber come look at it and he explained to me that the shower mechanism, was build backwards, so the leak would always recurr because it wasn't installed properly. The leak has degraded the coating on the tub and they will certainly have mold issues. So since the sink incident, I have not been able to effectively sanitize my apartment from the waste due to lack of hot water. In addition, our disposal and dish washer don't work (I gave up on those to try to push the more critical issues). In short, I do not have a way to properly clean my apartment, I do not have a way to wash our clothes or dishes, my child and I have been taking cold showers, we have become sick from living here. We live in one of the best neighborhoods with some of the best schools in the city, and it is so disappointing that this is how this company represents itself. I am just trying to survive until I can get out of here. My lawyer says I have a very good case and has even suggested a class action lawsuit as others have similar problems. If you live here, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! And if you are a current resident with similar problems, please contact me. My attorney wants to discuss with you.

    I’ve previously left a review & im doing it again to seriously warn anyone not to move here. They do not care about their residents. I put in several maintenance orders to get a leak fixed and it took them 3 weeks to fix. That leak resulted in mold growing and they have yet to have it fixed. I ask them weekly about it & yet they’ve done nothing. They charged me for 3-4 months for “not having insurance” even though I proved I did multiple times. I even had my insurance company reach out to prove it. They refuse to pay me back. They steal your money, charge you insane double fees for pest, trash, water, etc. They don’t care if your unit is a health hazard & that they are breaking their contracts. I regret renewing my lease.

    I sent two emails to the leasing staff asking them to address many of the issues that I read here in Google Reviews. Both emails were left unanswered. I stopped by on Thursday at noon to get some answers to my questions and I wrote a note and stuck it to the monitor of one of the gals. Guess what? Still no response.

    I will be a new resident here. I don’t speak English, but that was not an obstacle for Dominique to help me with absolutely everything. She is truly an outstanding employee dedicated, polite, kind, patient, and empathetic. Thank you, Dominique. God bless you. Those of us who do not speak English well do not always receive kind treatment, and you are truly a wonderful human being. Thank you as well to Maribel. She helped me with the final details — excellent, friendly, polite, courteous, and she speaks Spanish. I am truly very happy with the way I was treated and how they supported me through everything. 5 stars for both of them ❤️

    Responses are null. I have had a work order since last year but it just keeps getting closed without being repaired. Contacted property manager, regional and even cooperate office and still nobody has contacted me back. Assist manager suggested I keep on opening work orders till it gets resolved. Awful!
