    BEWARE OF THE SCAMS THE FRONT DESK TELLS YOU WHEN YOUR DO YOUR APPLICATION. The apartment manager offered me a discount for January (we moved in the last week of December). She clearly told me I would have a discount for January because she couldn’t offer it December since we moved in only for a week at the prorated amount. She said “I will Apply the discount for January”, so when January came around, the full amount was required. NOT DISCOUNT SHE HAD PROMISED!!!! It was part of the move in special they were willing to offer us, she even called upper management and everything was set in stone, so I thought. So instead of paying $962 with the discount, we paid over $1600+ also because they were having a glitch. How is the glitch our fault? We are supposed to pay rent on the first or the second, But the amount never posted online on those days. So here we are getting charged For January when we were promised a discount, On top of that a late fee because they were having computer problems. Mind you it’s 10% of the rent if you’re late, even one day. We would have paid it the first or the second, but it didn’t post until the 5th! And let’s not get started on all the maintenance problems. You fill out a sheet upon moving in of everything that’s wrong and they did not come and fix anything. Also, the front desk said that they needed proof of this discount. So if you’re planning on renting here and they offer you any kind of discount, make sure it’s on your lease because I trusted them in what they told me, but I didn’t know it had to be on paper. Which she did not put it on the lease so we don’t have proof of this discount. I only have a picture of the amount she said we would pay in January, that I took with my phone of her phone. Apparently that’s not enough because we already the 8th, and they have not reached out to me at all! My restroom has a super strong urine smell that give me headaches, had I known I would have not moved in. Not to mention my microwave, not working. When I went to pick up my move in paperwork I told them that my microwave was not working and they said they are going to one. I still have not seen it. I have babies I warm bottles and still no working microwave. I’m miserable here!!!!! NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED AND THEY ARE FULL OF LIES ABOUT MOVE IN SPECIALS AND DISCOUNTS!

    Nice place, pretty quiet. The newest addition to this complex has been their upgrade on maintenance. The last group left a mess. In the 3yrs I have lived here Abraham (maintenance) has been the best Ive seen and has gone above and beyond for the tennants needs.

    The leasing team efforts did not go unnoticed, they made every effort in their power to help us and put our needs first and see that they were accomplished. Dominique was amazing as she appeased our worries and saw that we were able to get our lease was fulfilled and completed despite corporate making the process difficult, she was able to give amazing communication and help us the entire time throughout the process.

    If you are looking into moving into this complex be aware that necessary repairs needed to your apartment will not be done in a timely manner. I have currently been without A/C in my apartment since 10/28/2025. I went almost 2 weeks before they installed a portable unit which only cools 1 room in my apartment. I have submitted at least 5 different service requests which get marked as completed without a fix to the issue. I was told the first 2 weeks with no ac that I needed a new air handler and it was on order they were just waiting for it to be shipped. I went into the office to talk to management in person and found out my air handler had never actually been ordered and they would start the ordering process and keep me updated. So for 2 weeks I was being lied to which caused an even longer delay in fixing my ac. They will not give you updates unless you ask for them or go in person to the office. They told me my air handler would be delivered on 11/19/25 unless there are delays with shipping. It is now 11/25/25 with no update from management. I have sent emails asking if it had been delivered which have gone unanswered. I have been without A/C for 4 weeks and there seems to be no urgency with the staff here to fix this issue.
