Do not move into Sedona Ranch or The Estates of Northwoods! We saw multiple kinds of bugs during our move in inspection and immediately started requesting pest control. The roaches just got worse and the property managers tried to say it was our fault because we had dishes in the sink from breakfast when they came by. Pest control would only spray the kitchen and bathrooms even though the whole apartment was infested. We had to move out because it was a health concern for our infant who even started mimicking killing the roaches. We broke our lease after 6 months after a property manager randomly stopped by around thanksgiving and made vague threats to evict us (probably because we kept calling for pest control). To make matters worse, they kept our security deposit, sent us a $16,000 bill and refused our offer to settle after the unit was rented and the bill went to collections. Management Support is still ruining my credit and won’t negotiate on the settlement 2 years later!
I toured it the other day and fell I love instantly ! The staff was so amazing and so sweet and very helpful ! The process to do the application was soooo easy and no problems the apartment inside was soooooo beautiful! I hope I get approved Monday ! Either way the service they showed me was amazing and staff there are so sweet

From start to finish of the application process Isabella was wonderful and answered every question. The apartment we toured was a “make ready” but we fell in love with it, so Isabella and the team here at Sedona were able to move up the process for us to move in asap! Every team member here at Sedona has been wonderful from the leasing agents to the maintenance. The complex is wonderful and quiet. We love all the amenities they have to offer and use them almost everyday! The gym is my absolute favorite and has everything you can find at a regular gym. We are definitely renewing our lease when time comes!
After suing them for intentionally trying to destroy my credit with a wrongful eviction, which I won, they turned around and sent a false maintenance repair bill for hundreds of dollars, which they knew was a lie, and that their worthless maintenance man made up in retaliation. To top it off, they IMMEDIATELY put that fake $800+ maintenance bill on my credit report for 1 single day, and charged it off just to damage my credit score. That's a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and I'm pretty confident is a criminal act. I will be suing Sedona Ranch Apartment complex for damages. She is a hack property manager, and I have ZERO doubts that she's done this to MULTIPLE tenants.

I’ve been at this complex now for almost one year. I noticed small inconsistencies such as food being delivered to the wrong door and being left out in front of the door for almost three weeks drawing ants and a horrid smell during summer. I then moved into another apartment (next door to me). I have one car (with a car port), and a small dog. Neither the dog or car port was added to the new lease. Unfortunately, I didn’t find out until I got home from Christmas and was confronted by a hostile resident (who I never seen before) who said I was in their parking spot. When I told the office, I was told that I had been parking there free the whole time. I know the parking spot was on the paperwork for the first lease. I was traveling for work and got a call from the apartment complexe that my dog was barking and that they were going to evict me because my dog was not on the lease?! How does this happen?! I had to fill out paperwork each time to not have to pay for the pet deposit. On a side note, if you’re handicapped, this apartment complex maintenance uses the handicapped spots for their own personal parking spot also blocking right of ways for residents to get to their apartments.
