  Moved in on 2/9 didn’t see any pests or bugs my first day so clearly there’s something they can do to mitigate the roaches but they chose not to once your moved in, I’m killing at least 7 roaches a day of all sizes baby’s to full grown males to females with egg capsules, there is a full ok infestation ik my apartment and i was lied to diamond assured me there are no bugs, furthermore my bathroom is completely unfinished and filled with mold, base boards completely missing, caulking on the faucets is old and almost nonexistent, I work 60 hour work weeks and don’t even eat or cook in my apartment yet the roaches persist, diamond reassured me everything would be fixed by my move in date but I was lied to, I should have known to run the opposite way when she did my tour, she had her head in her phone the whole time didn’t speak any words to me until we reached the unit, the gate has been stuck open since I moved here that’s a week now, please don’t give these people your hard earned money go somewhere they genuinely care about there tenants. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!! Update as of 2/26 I am now having German roaches crawl on me while I’m trying to sleep in bed😡😡 despite the “pest control” coming twice and me spending hundreds of dollars on my own poison, also noticed a flattened out painted over roach on my cabinet, which only indicates one thing it was smashed and painted over, I made a complaint about my base boards being gone which is clearly visible in the photos, he chuckled and said it’s right there when they came to view my apartment, same with the yellow stains on my counter top and with the mold in my shower, only thing they fixed was some of the caulking that had damage, I was told maintenance and management live on site in the complex as well, i seriously doubt they are dealing with any of this in their personal units. I could include photos of the hundreds of roaches I’ve killed already but what the point they don’t care as long as they get maximum profit. The photos I did include show the overall poor quality of this apartment. Rusty hinges painted over and starting to show, cabinets and drawers look like they are holding on for dear life and are crooked, every drawer and cabinet has dirt painted over and water damage visible in the photos, Oh and don’t forget your microwave won’t even open all the way but they say it’s fine. Every baseboard is warped, every baseboard is considerably damaged. Also diamond told me I’d get a new laundry door since this one if full of holes(visible in photos) obviously didn’t get a new laundry door along everything else she promised. All in all please don’t spend your money here you’ll come home dissatisfied and disappointed everyday. No hardworking person should have to deal with this👎👎 don’t make the same mistake I did don’t let diamond convince you to sign a lease without seeing the unit. I was a first time renter my first apartment, and I was deceived and lied to period. To the managers credit he seemed to half care about the roaches, didn’t care about the base boards nor the microwave or the overall poor quality of the apartment. No I did not forget to “mention” that you came to fix these things I said you looked at the microwave door hitting the cabinet and did not fix it, I said you caulked holes in the shower, and I said you looked at the baseboard and laughed because you did. The only thing you have “fixed” is the the garbage disposal not working (which happened after I left the review) and a couple holes in the caulking, every baseboard in my apartment is damaged but you deem it okay. I never got a new door. Your an overcharging slum lord simple. Unless building 5 is in far worse condition then the rest of the buildings. And you can’t down play my review I’m a hard working american and yet I come home and deal with this everyday, if you had roaches crawling on you in your sleep you’d be as equally frustrated German. there’s brand new apartments on crestway charging very competitive prices for rent. I wish I checked them out first

  Diamond and German Is a wonderful lady and gentleman. I enjoyed signing the contracts for her. She is well appreciated and super sweet! A great personality. Thank you Diamond For your patience with me. I'm a little old and slow.. Also I want to thank Germany for his friendly and great to talk with.. already Love it here at Rosillo Creak Apartments. My wife and I are anxious to be living here were it is a gated community that I appreciate.
