t that I keep resigning because of 3 things Number 1, location. I can walk across the street for breakfast, a late night burger, or for a drink. Number 2 is the staff. Blanca gets things done heels or no heels, Vanessa is the friend you want. Skyler is a busy bee, if he's not answering the phone, he's mop in hand, getting the emergency messes for us. Jesus, James, and Juan are very polite and professional. I feel comfortable when they work ii love ton my apartment. Letty is always cleaning and keeps focus. Our hallways always smell nice thanks to Letty's hard work. Keep up the great work, RIVERA!!

Great location, with lots of amenities. The office staff are all friendly and they host fun resident events often (shoutout to Skyler’s book club, best in San Antonio)! Would recommend living here.

I’ve had a great experience living here and have been here for a year now, just renewed for another! The location is perfect, right near the Pearl and the River Walk, with so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars at walking distance. It’s also very dog-friendly, which I really appreciate.
Management is consistently reliable, responsive, and friendly, which makes a huge difference. The maintenance team is also amazing, requests are handled quickly and efficiently every time. Overall, it’s a well-run community in an excellent area, and I highly recommend it!

I’ve been at Rivera for 5 years now and absolutely love it! This is prime location to all things by the Pearl. The staff is great and maintenance crew takes care of requests right away. Every time my lease renew comes up , I don’t even entertain looking elsewhere because of how great my experience has been here.

I really wish I wasn’t writing this review, but I feel like I have no choice after receiving no response from the front office regarding my multiple concerns, but I was sent an email asking me to complete a survey—so here it goes.
After touring only the model unit (since my actual layout “wasn’t available”), I signed my lease a month in advance. When I moved in, the apartment did not look like the model, much smaller, with old carpets. My move-in was also delayed from the 12th to the 16th because my ESA letter was initially not accepted, requiring me to pay another provider.
On move-in day, my carpets were being cleaned at the same time I was given my keys? And were promised to dry in 2–3 hours. They remained wet for over 24 hours, and a week later my apartment still smells like mildew because areas weren’t properly dried.
I was also told I could access doors via an app, only to later find out it works only on first-floor doors (I live on the third). On top of that, my AC hasn’t worked since move-in, despite multiple requests, and other issues like a broken bathroom sink, non-working garbage disposal, a loud fan, and weird clicking noises from day one.
I love the amenities and location, and everyone is super friendly, and know others who enjoy living here. I just hope my experience improves, especially since I signed a 12-month lease.
