    First and foremost there is an Angel Ms.Valerie from my first hello "may I help" you with a smile and I introduced myself with a smile with an work order status she walk back to my home and it was taken care immediately I am glad we finally have a manager who cares!

    Yesterday our fridge had given up for the second time this time around with new management. She went ahead sent maintenance, and within 24 hours we received a new fridge. I was so excited because the first time i actually lost medication due to no fridge for about 3 days. So Valerie from me and my family thank you!

    I had a wonderful experience during my move-in thanks to Melissa, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, welcoming, and very helpful every step of the way. I also want to give special recognition to Jerry, who handled my maintenance requests. He was prompt, and fixed one of my issues. Both Melissa and Jerry did an excellent job, and their support made a big difference in my move-in experience.
