They have done everything possible to keep my security deposit without any fair reason. I have provided every piece of information they requested—multiple times—and each time, they come up with a new excuse to hold onto my money. I originally considered reinstating my lease and even applied for another one of their properties. The first application was denied, but after finding a cosigner, I tried again. The process took so long that I had to find another place to live. Despite submitting a proper 60-day notice of non-renewal by email (which I can prove), Progress Residential is now trying to justify keeping my deposit by claiming that my new application somehow voided my notice. Their communication is slow, inconsistent, and full of excuses. I’ve done everything right as a tenant, but they continue to avoid resolving the issue fairly. This kind of treatment shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for residents. I do not recommend renting from Progress Residential. Be careful—once they have your money, getting it back seems impossible no matter how much proof you provide.

She was quick to respond and help me with the move in process. I see all of the bad reviews and it made me second guess my decision but Chelsey eased my mind as soon as she spoke with me. I had an issue with my shower but she had a tech out there that same day. It was a user error by the way.
