  I’ve been with the property for about almost three years now. Management has always looked out for me and my wife, taken care of any issues and the manager and assistant manager Kassandra and Makiah have helped us with pricing too. Definitely recommend

  I’ve had such an amazing experience moving in to Overlook! From the start, Kassandra and the entire office staff have been incredible. They are always willing to help and quick to answer every question I’ve had. The move-in process was smooth, and when I needed to upsize apartments later on, the team made it completely seamless. I’ve been living here about 1.5 years now and still love it. I don’t use the amenities much myself, but they seem top-notch and well maintained. The office team is consistently friendly and ready to assist with anything the second I walk in the door. Sometimes I pop in just to visit and they are all so welcoming. Even the maintenance crew is hands down the best: fast, professional, reliable, friendly, AND DRESS PROFESSIONALLY! (I am a fan of uniforms, and they wear them). Overall, it’s been an excellent place to call home! Even (most of) the residents are friendly… sorry my car is so loud on a cold start… If you’re looking for a new home in apartment living, check it out. Close to all the cool things, too.

  I have lived here since March of 2020 and have nothing but good things to say about the community. Neighbors were always really quiet, maintenance was quick to respond to my requests even when it was after hours and was having problems with the AC. Management has always been friendly and engaging with community through events and my daughters especially liked the ice cream trucks! Having lived at many complexes this one is hands down by far, the best one! If my fiance and I hadn’t moved in together Overlook at Stone Oak would be my number one choice. Cassandra was the sweetest and very thorough through my walk throughs answering all of my questions. The maintenance team were always very warm and welcoming and got repairs done in a timely manner. Overall my daughters and I were very happy during our time here.

  I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled after visiting this property in Stone Oak. My friend and I were apartment hunting and initially had high hopes for this place — but what we saw was shocking. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, surrounded by piles of ants. The dumpster area was overflowing with trash, and the grounds were littered with uncollected dog waste. It gave off a neglected and dirty vibe overall. To make matters worse, the office staff was extremely unprofessional. The entire experience was disappointing and did not reflect the Stone Oak standards we expected. Save yourself the time and frustration — skip The Overlook at Stone Oak Park and check out one of the many well-maintained communities nearby instead.

  I’ve lived in these apartments since 2021, and while I initially really enjoyed living here, the experience has unfortunately gone downhill over time. The current management staff has been very disappointing. They often tell you one thing but then change their story later, seemingly making up rules as they go along. Communication and consistency are major issues. Another ongoing frustration has been the pest problems and valet trash service. Neither is handled well, and it feels like the concerns of residents are not taken seriously. On top of that, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property have really declined. What used to feel like a well-kept, enjoyable community now feels neglected. I wish I could give the same positive review I would have a couple of years ago, but sadly, things have really gone downhill here. Update: If you look at the negative reviews it looks like the issues are consistent through out with management, maintenance , valet trash, and pest control services. I just really hope that something gets done. The property itself self has great views and it is a perfect location. I have attached photos of both. I am not sure why they put carpet repairs under cabinet. The maintenance request is one they marked complete before it was done. the other one is a picture of a centipede i found in my apartment.
