  The move in process was great, I’m a new resident and love my new home! The office staff is so fun and welcoming. Kamila, Noah, and Janie all helped me out throughout the process and I’ve already had the pleasure of running into the maintenance team and nearing the four of them in office. No issues with my apartment, so luckily didn’t need to have them come out to fix anything as the apartment was pristine, but Noemi, Geraldo, Jason, and Albert are all super friendly and professional.

  This apartment complex is a masterclass in how not to manage housing. There are nowhere near enough parking spaces for the number of units, and instead of fixing this obvious issue, management would rather tow residents like it’s a side hustle. Come home late? Good luck. Your reward is either circling the lot endlessly or waking up to find your car gone or the window is smashed in. To make it even worse, they decided it was more important to add designated parking spots for electric vehicles instead of creating more actual, usable parking for tenants. Priorities here are completely backwards. Most residents can’t even park at their own home, but at least the empty EV spots look nice, right? The property manager is consistently rude, dismissive, and clearly does not care about tenants. Any attempt to raise concerns is met with attitude or silence. There is zero effort to work with residents or improve living conditions—just enforcement and towing. This place feels less like a community and more like a cash grab. If you enjoy being stressed about parking, disrespected by management, and treated like a problem instead of a paying tenant, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, run far away and don’t look back.
