  Mark was very detailed and “On the Mark” with getting the value of my home. He went above and beyond to make sure my house was fair market value. He took every detail into consideration. He was helpful on some flooring choices on a sunroom I had. We went against realtor recommendations and stayed with a light airy feel flooring. He agreed and said that this was a good choice for the room. He looked at everything, very detailed. I would certainly recommend Mark if you are looking for a quality Appraisor for your home or future home. Theresa K
