I had a really great experience working with my leasing agent Mary Ticas. She was very friendly from the very beginning and made the entire process of getting my apartment so much easier. She was always helpful and responsive, and she really facilitated everything to make sure the process went smoothly.
What I appreciate the most is that even after I moved in and got settled, she has continued to help me whenever I’ve needed something. That kind of support makes a big difference. I’m very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend working with her!
Juan was knowledgeable, thorough and prompt. He cleaned up after himself.
I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Mira Vista Apartments. The customer service is truly outstanding the management team always responds quickly and thoroughly to any questions or concerns. It’s clear they genuinely care about their residents.
Maintenance is incredibly efficient. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been taken care of promptly, usually the same day! That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference and gives real peace of mind.
The neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the community itself is peaceful and well-maintained. It’s a quiet, comfortable place to call home.
I highly recommend Mira Vista Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live!
With the amazing assistance of Mary I found my quiet, beautiful, and convenient home. I am beyond happy to begin my stay here and hopefully I've found my home for years to come.

I currently live here, and do not recommend moving here. Initially when we moved in the guy who showed my girlfriend our apartment made lude comments to her that were so offensive I confronted him in the front office and made him come back outside and apologize. After that indecent the guy was fired and my truck was broken into and they tried to steal it I had just bought that truck days before they attempted to steal it Also breaking into other vehicles including my gfs, and it was not the first time they have done it as recently as 12/23/25. Our first apartment got mold twice and we had to be eventually moved to another unit.
On 1/5/26 our mailbox was either left open by usps or broken into but a credit card was stolen from me and used they charged a total of 280 dollars before I could cancel. When I went to the office and told them I’ve already called the cops but they want to know if they send someone now to review the camera footage they have IN THE MAIL ROOM I was told to send an email with my request they were “tied up” but the manager on duty was literally chit chatting with a contractor before she told the young lady to tell me that.
So for the monthly cost it takes to live here if you don’t care about your things being broken into and stolen then go ahead. It’s convenient but not worth peace of mind.
