Made the mistake of taking what was verbally told to me twice as truth just to be lied to. Apparently the “First month” isn’t the first month in the lease. Not only was I misinformed and lied to but the manager was not even willing to waive the late fee thrown on after I got an eviction notice. Amenities are also very difficult to use due to the staff not knowing the time of the arcade closing and telling me wrong times. Re signing was huge regret and can’t wait to leave.

She was very rude and she looked like she didn’t have time or was not interested in renting an apartment to me . There was a few maintenance guys there and she talked to them like if they kids very unprofessional. I think she needs to replaced before you all start to loose residents . I will not recommend anyone to go there and apply for an apartment as long as she is still there . AGIAN SHE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED !!!!
