- NDNick DuranNov 24, 20251.0DO NOT MOVE HERE! Since moving in, the apartment has been humid and moist even after buying a dehumidifier and moisture grabber. We have followed the mold addendum we signed and have been very patient considering the unprofessionalism shown by Stephanie in the front office. We have put ticket after ticket and all they do is put a bandaid on the problem. There is MOLD on our clothes, our shoes, our furniture, the cabinets in the restroom and kitchen, on our cooking utensils, and on the air vents. Stephanie did a walk through to see for herself the mold because pictures aren’t enough. She immediately blamed us for the mold being there and said our transfer was denied, even after seeing the evidence. She is incredibly demeaning and unprofessional. I had fully planned to renew at this apartment before I moved in, but after how they’ve handled this situation I absolutely can’t wait to move. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

In a one year lease i’ve seen at least 10 accidents by the entrance including my car. I went into the office to get a new parking sticker. The lady asked what happened to my old one in a rude way. Informed her my car had been totaled, she was still questioning me! The pool is always dirty and the gym smells. I’ve complained multiple times about the bugs, no one in the office seems to care. When I signed the agent told me my unit would come with 2 bathroom sinks, nope. Worst experience ever!
