  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is the worst. They tow cars and when it’s their fault, they take no accountability. So I had to fork over hundreds to get my car back. And don’t get me started with the office, those people treat us like this is a section 8 apartment complex. Keep looking. This is not the place… (now here comes the management comment about how sorry they are and they want to fix it 🤦🏽‍♂️)

  IVE BEEB HERE FOR THE LONGEST AND THE ROACHES THEY NEVER GOT RID OF THEM ,DOG POOP ALL THE TIME IN FRONT OF THE BALCONY AREA TRAFFIC DURING RUSH HOUR IS INSANE THE ENTRANCE TO THE PLACE HAS A BAD TURN MANY ACCIDENTS HAPPENED TO RESIDENTS, THE ONLY MAINTENANCE PEOPLE ARE GOOD STAFF MANAGEMENT IS ALWAYS CHANGING NO KIDS PLAY AREA ,THE POOL WATER NEVER CHANGED ,GRILL AREA NOT CLEAN ,PEST CONTROL IS ZERO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO LA CANTERA OR THE RIM FOR BETTER PRICE AND OFFERS

  Toured the community Friday and ended up applying for a 1 bedroom! Joe the leasing agent was on top of everything though out the application process. Had the chance to meet Lyanna the manager and talked to Emilee the assistant manager and they were a big help when Joe wasn’t around. Can’t wait to call Legacy Flats home!
