As a Realtor, I had a great experience working with Centex. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I really appreciated the periodic updates they sent to both me and my clients as the home was being built. Anytime I needed something, Michelle (the sales rep I worked with) answered right away and made everything even easier. Overall, it was a very positive and stress-free experience!

Michelle at Horizon Ridge was amazing! My fiance and I were in a tough place because we were trying to figure out if it was a good time to buy a new house or extend our lease at the apartment we've been in for 3 years. She was really patient with us especially considering all the questions we had for her. She didn't seem too pushy or in a rush to get rid of us. Wish we could say the same for a few other homes we visited in nearby neighborhoods. We definitely recommend working with Michelle. She's amazing. Thanks again!

We had a terrible experience with Centex. Michelle Sabino (sales agent) did not have our best interest in mind from day 1. Thankfully we had the best realtor. But once she stepped in Michelle’s demeanor COMPLETELY changed. That was the first red flag. There were incentives that she withheld from us and once our realtor stepped in & informed us of the incentive, Michelle tried to cover herself and said something to the effect of “I wasn’t purposefully hiding that incentive from you”. That was the second red flag. We are a military family and needed to push our closing date which we disclosed with Michelle prior to providing earnest money. She assured us that her manager said they could work with us on having a later closing date since my husband was gone on military assignment and wanted to be present at the time of closing. Fast forward a few weeks, Michelle said AND I QUOTE “Pushing the closing date is not an option. Nothing good comes from a house just sitting there.” Michelle constantly kept going around our realtor and would talk directly us, probably in an attempt to bully us into thinking we had to do what they wanted (to not push our closing date) if we really wanted that house. That was the third red flag. We had such a terrible experience that once the appraisal came back low, we ultimately decided to terminate our contract. In an attempt to keep us, the sales manager Annette called us and our realtor told her everything that Michelle had said/done and the manager told our realtor that Michelle was lying about being unable to push the closing date. That was the fourth red flag. The only positive part of our experience was quickly getting our earnest money back. The neighborhood is beautiful and we are really sad that we had such a negative experience and ended up terminating our contract. If you love the neighborhood and want to purchase a home there, DO NOT work with Michelle.
