  Leaving another review since the place wants to just make excuses. And continue their activities. Just called y’all 10 plus times. All morning. No answer. Says your open on the website. I’ve gone down there doors are locked. But says on the side by the door where it says building hours says y’all are open. I’ve seriously lost all complete faith in these apartments, we’ve been trying to get ahold of someone! But of course on the other review you just made excuses to that I should know business hours. Luckily I do. Nobody is there!!!!!!!! I don’t know how many more times I can repeat or say this. I am speechless. I can’t wait to move out. I can’t go another month dealing with people who don’t care for their residents. I’ve spoken with multiple apartment owners and tenants and people who work for apartments. They are speechless with this place. The tenants here are pissed. Everyone’s pissed. They should just fire. Everyone. Everyone here. Just bc your kind doesn’t mean anything. Your job is to attend to the residents and make sure things run smoothly. We are unhappy!! Don’t live here. Trust me. I will continue leaving reviews until the apartment just answer my phone calls. I’ll stop once they answer.

  I just have to say "New Management is on it"! I can see there are lots of improvements and the ladies are super nice in the office. I JUST renewed!

  I’ve grew up my entire life here in these apartments. Never have I ever lived in such awful apartments, I pay rent on time and they’ve locked me out of my house. I’ve had to change my locks, you can’t get ahold of anyone in the office. When we need something my partner and I play this game and see how many times it takes to call. Our record is from 10 am in the morning to 4 pm when we just gave up. I tried to get multiple of my packages that are dropped off at the front office but the place is closed even though on the website it reads open, and their hanging clock on the door reads be back at 4, and it’s 4:20. The gate has been broken multiple times, us and multiple other residence have been locked out of the apartment complex due to the gate just giving up. We’ve had to pry it out just to get in! And last but not least this place is just a full blown scam! And I highly doubt no matter how amazing my house is going to look after I leave bc trust me we are not staying another freakin year here. But we don’t have much furniture and we don’t have much and we kept the place brand new. But I’m sure we won’t see a dollar of our deposit. Watch. Oh and another thing. Don’t live here if you have a vehicle. You’ll be parking on the other side of the complex. I work till 3 in the morning and sometimes I leave to work at 6 in the morning, I am walking across the parking lot just to get to my car. Nobody picks up after their dogs. We had a literal chicken terrorizing us for months! Reported it and everything, nothing happened. People have hit my car from their doors and what would you know? Nobody’s in the office. This year has truly been horrible for us. And I beg people don’t even move here.

  I been living here for 2 years- I used to love living here but there has more issues among neighbors than anything the past 6 months. I can hear the neighbor blasting the TV system everyday- it sounds like you’re at a movie theatre. The people underneath me screaming every night. Cops called multiple times for music blaring from her vehicle at 2am. I have called the office (new agents & property management 3rd time this year). They did nothing; to call the cops after 9pm. Can’t wait to move out.

  I’ve lived at 4 different apartments in the stone oak area, never staying more than a year because of issues with each apartment. Nothing compares to edge and stone though. I have had zero complaints about this apartment complex. The parking is ideal, the gym is more than enough, the pool is gorgeous and well kept, maintenance is always on top of any fixes needed. Obviously the most important thing is the pricing and it’s one of the best in the area, easily the most affordable apartments I’ve lived in for the area and they’re not greedy or trying to squeeze every penny out of every tenant. The team is amazing here from when you 1st walk in the leasing office being greeted by a great smile and conversation from stephanie. All the way to the property managers Samantha and Ana who actually care about you and not just the money. Their hospitality is unmatched and I’m very thankful to be leasing with them. 10/10 highly recommend!!
