The location is the only redeeming quality everything else has been a disappointment.Management has changed more than five times, and with each change, things seem to get worse. Parking is a nightmare, and to make matters worse, guests are charged to park. Dog waste is everywhere, and it’s clear that cleanliness and upkeep are no longer priorities.They seem to let anyone move in now, with no regard for community standards. The walls are paper-thin you’ll hear everything your neighbors do. The gym equipment is outdated and hasn’t been serviced in ages. Don’t be fooled by the pool it’s usually dirty. The grills look like they’ve never been cleaned.Maintenance staff are generally helpful, but they rotate so often it feels like a new team every month. Overall, property maintenance is inconsistent and poorly managed.Please do your research before moving here. Look for a place where management actually cares about their residents and the property, I cannot wait to move once my home is built. I have attached a few pictures as well to show, this is just minimal.
