Been living here for almost a year, and at least one of the two elevators in my building has been down. The other day BOTH were down. Now, I’ve seen disabled people living on the 4th floor and I can’t even imagine how much trouble they have trying to get down four flights of stairs with both elevators down. My elderly mother had to climb the stairs to the top floor the other day, she was in so much pain but she had to get home. It’s ridiculous how long the elevators are down for. It does not take 2-3 months to get an elevator to work and just for it to break down again a couple of weeks later. I’ve also seen previous management get mad when I have visited the office to ask a question about parking. That day, she stated that they were closed despite never sending a message out to tenants and the closing time being 2 hours later then my appearance. She then locked the doors after I left. Maintenance has been wonderful since we moved it, it’s only management that is really sloppy with there work. Hopefully the new group of management can be better and finally get these elevators to work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE! The water or electricity is always being randomly shut off and if it’s not that it’s the fire alarms randomly going off.

I had to break my lease due to the loud broadcasted music they refused to turn off. HOW do you have apartments near a MEDICAL CENTER, which is clearly in the name, and not understand you have NIGHT SHIFTERS living there???? I needed sleep and they were unwilling to turn the ALL DAY music off. I couldn't live there.

This apartment community is welcoming, and Kiana made my move-in process very smooth. It’s one of the best options near the Medical Center for students and healthcare professionals. They frequently offer promotions for new residents, which is a great bonus. Maintenance is efficient in handling emergencies, though routine requests may take a little longer. I recommend paying close attention during the paperwork process, but the leasing office communicated well and made everything straightforward. Overall, while it’s best to keep expectations realistic, this is a quiet and peaceful community that I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Medical Center area.

I’ve met a lot of leasing agents in my work as an apartment locator, and I can confidently say Kiana is one of the best I’ve seen. She genuinely goes above and beyond to provide detailed information, not just about the apartment itself but also about things like billing and what to expect as a resident.
What stood out most to me was her professionalism and hospitality. She was patient, personable, and carried herself with a great balance of friendliness and knowledge. I had the chance to observe her handle two tours at once (mine and another client’s) since she was the only agent in the office at the time. Even under pressure, she managed everything smoothly—making sure each client felt taken care of.
Her personality is a huge asset: she knows how to keep things professional while also being approachable and fun to talk to. That type of energy makes a difference when you’re searching for a new home.
Overall, Kiana is an excellent leasing agent who really takes her role seriously and makes the process enjoyable. District at Medical Center is lucky to have her!
