- RLRob LudwigAug 12, 20251.0The neighborhood is nice. The people are good. The homes built by Pulte were not done well. It is clear from my experience and from talking to my neighbors that the homes built for us were not built under proper supervision. Part of my home is still unfinished. When I asked Pulte, they said sometimes the area in question gets finished, sometimes it doesn't. Regional management knows but doesn't care. They just want to close the deal, let their fixers handle the long term complaints, and get back to selling undercooked homes to good people. If you consider buying a Pulte home in Davis Ranch, don't trust the builder at all. Double check everything, and check in on the build often. Buyer beware. We still find deficiencies, over three years later. They just didn't do a good job on anything other than the foundation and frame, apparently.
