  I highly recommend working with Davidson Properties either as an owner or renter. Their user-friendly online interface makes the entire process both efficient and effective. Dylan Thomas and his team are first class.

  Exceptional service from start to finish! Responsive, professional, clear communication, and so far they are on top of maintenance requests and tenant needs!! Their expertise and dedication make renting completely stress-free!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top notch property management services!

  This is one of the worst property management companies ever! I've unfortunately had to rent from them and nothing ever gets done. They don't fix major issues. They don't care if they hold up their agreements within the contract, but will still force you to pay for services they never intend to fulfill. Their staff is never helpful. Don't even think about showing up to their office even a minute before lunch or they will yell at you at glare at you like you should even have the audacity to try and face to face them. I don't even really believe most of these 5 star reviews are even genuine. Considering where most of the properties are located that they manage are in the Alamo Heights area, they ABSOLUTELY pander to those higher paying tenants, and those who are more exposed to the more affluent side of the surrounding neighborhood. Really consider if you want to rent from them because they truly will steal your peace of mind and sanity. Good Luck. But I hope you reconsider. And don't bother responding Davidson. It's not like you ever do when it matters anyway.

  I recently received a charge for $1050 for a pest control bill at 211 Routt st. My apartment had gnats for MONTHS coming from the drains in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks. The property management was aware as well as the pest control company was aware since there is a routine service every 3 months. Pest control told me there were other units affected and he would reach out to the property manager to fix the issue. NOTHING HAPPENED!! A couple months later an organization reached out the property manager and mentioned the gnats. The issue was then resolved within 72 hours. This took place in OCTOBER (when they finally did something) it’s now February! Since then Davidson Properties has sent pest control to my apartment TWICE once for a routine service and the other for an “inspection”. Pest control assured me that the gnats came from my sink which had something to do with the PIPES and not me. On top of that there were MULTIPLE UNITS with gnats not just mine!! Plus, there were no gnats found during the inspection. So, I’m not sure why I’m being charged for the managements negligence AND why I’m expected to pay the bill to treat multiple apartments!!! I can’t help but to feel discriminated against and singled out for something that isn’t my fault. It’s ridiculous and malicious.Also, how can you charge me for something you have NO proof of??? EVERYTIME IVE CONTACTED DAVIDSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TO CONTACT SANDRA THERES ALWAYS AN EXCUSE! And no one returns my calls BUT THEY WILL GOSSIP AND TALK TO THE TENANTS ABOUT ME! The lack of professionalism is ridiculous. Beware!!!

  Highly recommend Davidson Properties if you're looking for a new home or apartment! They have a selection of unique, beautiful properties at different price points. From beginning to end of the apartment search process, Jasmen was always available and willing to answer all of our questions. We just signed the lease at one of their properties and I could not be happier.
