  Mr. Art is are sales rep. He has been very informative. He showed us the model homes. The homes are nice. We are taking it step by step. So far the process has been smooth.I filled out the application . I will update because I am waiting for an approval.

  Michael was very professional and explained everything really well. We were able to tour around the lot and view multiple homes. We loved our experience! Hopefully we can get a new home soon!

  Here at ClaytonHomes in San Antonio, Tx We were greeted by sales man Michael. He took the time to show us 3 massive homes amazing aesthetics and interior and exterior on homes.   Our experience with Clayton Homes was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, the entire team focused on serving us as customers — not just making a sale. There was zero pressure, just genuine guidance and support. My husband and I fell in love with the Monterey model, which was one of our top choices. Unfortunately, it’s only built in Texas and not available in Tennessee, where we’re purchasing. Even so, the team went above and beyond — providing blueprints, schematics, and detailed information to help us explore comparable options in Tennessee. They even allowed us to go back in and video the home for reference. I love viewing the homes on our own . It allowed us to not feel pressured and relaxed as we walked through the homes. Mike, Art, Paul and everyone there were incredibly helpful, informative, and transparent. They shared insights about their sister properties and truly worked to make the Clayton experience memorable and painless. The pricing is excellent, and while we couldn’t purchase that specific home, someone else is going to be very happy! If you’re considering a modular or manufactured home, I highly recommend stopping by Clayton Homes and letting their team guide you through the process. The Reeds
