  I had a very concerning experience at this community. My vehicle was towed within just a few minutes while I briefly stepped away to complete a delivery nearby. My child was inside the vehicle secured in a car seat and the engine was running with the air conditioning on. When I returned, my vehicle had already been removed by a towing company. I had to call the police, and approximately 10–15 minutes later the tow truck returned and brought the vehicle back. What was most disappointing was the response from the leasing office. When I asked for help, the manager defended the towing driver and said the tow was justified even though a child was inside the car. I was also refused access to camera footage and was told there was no one higher in management to speak with. This situation was extremely stressful and could have been very dangerous. I hope management reviews their towing practices and how situations like this are handled in the future. In addition to what I already described in my previous review, I want to add another important detail. The staff did respond and contacted the towing company after my car was illegally towed while a person was inside the vehicle. However, the behavior of the office employee afterward was extremely unprofessional. He continued to defend the tow truck driver and insisted that the towing was legal, even though there was a person inside my car at the time. What was even more disturbing was that when I stepped away, the staff were laughing and saying that I was stupid and that I had no rights in this situation. This was especially shocking because the police who arrived supported me and confirmed that I was in the right. This kind of treatment toward residents and visitors is completely unacceptable.

  My niece and I visited the property last week and were greeted by Nicolette, an amazing leasing agent. She took the time to thoroughly walk us through all the floor plans and pricing and was extremely helpful throughout the entire tour. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit!

  The place is extremely bad and unsafe cars get stolen frequently and not just at night even during the daytime parking is a nightmare there are not enough space and it causes constant stress the building is poorly maintained the water was leaking from the ceiling and pouring down which shows serious neglect and zero care i don't recommend this place to my worst enemy please save your money and stay far away.

  Well its dec. 3rd and once again another car broken into (11am broad daylight). 2nd time a car has attempted to be stolen (both hyundais) and ive only come here about 5x times this year to visit my gf. I refrain from coming here bc it seems my car is never safe. Every time i come here residents and visitors are mostly having to park outside the community because they’re just isnt enough parking available inside the community. But even parking inside the gates doesn’t assure car safety. Broken glass in different areas of the parking lot everytime i come here. Im Only speaking from a visitors perspective so keep that in mind PARKING SUCKS for visitors & residents it seems. My gf works late so most nights shes having to park OUTSIDE the community and walk allll the way to her building, im sure as a girl she feels unsafe also knowing about all the car theft. This is something you won’t really know by just doing a walk thru. ALSO the bathrooms are locked after business hours so if you’re in the gym or at the pool I guess you have to go back to your unit or piss in the water. Would not recommend this place
