  This property was such a pleasant surprise. It’s so unsuspecting in its appearance from Babcock - I’ve driven past it so many times. But once I got the chance to see the property, I realized that it really is such a gem! Mainly due to the team that oversees this property. I’ve dealt with enough bad management - and I’m quick to leave if I see it during touring. But Tracy was so personable; and the work the team has put into this property speaks for itself. So glad to have visited!

  The Carlyle Place Apartments honestly has the best staff member!! Tracy and Jamal are truly the most wonderful people you will meet. They helped me throughout my application and were so helpful!

  Lived here for over 2 years and the only reason I left was because I finished school and got a job in a different state. Management and maintenance was extremely helpful from move-in to move-out! Any issue with the apartment (ours was not renovated so a bit older) they came either day of or the following business day. Landscape and pool were always clean even in the winter! Community was kind, clean and quiet. Truly could not recommend a better place, I think what we paid in rent was fair to how well the apt complex runs.

  This is truly a great place to live, especially if you are a UT Health student (they provide a student discount!) or working in the medical center area. The management team has been amazing from the start. Tracy conducted my apartment tour and her friendliness and helpfulness were a huge part of why I wanted to live here because I could tell the staff truly care about their residents. Tracy made herself available to me through every step of the application, lease-signing, and moving in process, to the point where I could just text with questions and she would get back to me very quickly. Jamal was also very helpful when I stopped by without an appointment one time to ask some questions about my lease, and he clearly walked me through the options and helped me come to a decision. I don't think there are apartment managers out there who are kinder or care more about being genuinely helpful than this team. Most people know someone or have had the experience themselves of having poor apartment management, unhelpful maintenance team, etc. and it can really make or break the experience of living there, but I know that the team here is different and they do whatever it takes to create an exceptional experience for residents. That is the main reason (among many others) that I chose to sign here. I just want to say thank you so much to Tracy and Jamal for being so generous with your time and so genuinely helpful and kind. It makes such a difference and people like you honestly make the world a better place :)
