Esta completamente descuidado con plagas de chinches y millones de cucarachas además de que desde el 2023 los dueños tienen viviendo a más de 50 personas con problemas mentales en esos apartamentos y estos señores riegan la basura por todos lados además de que algunos asen sus necesidades en arias comunes y esto no es todo. Los apartamentos están cada dia mas deteriorados por el pasar de los años y no invierten dinero para arreglar los aires acondicionado, yo estube 3 meses con problemas asta que porfin me fui de ay y un amigo mio que vivía con su esposa en otro apartamento encontró que en piso de abajo de el abia pudrición y peste que subía por los tragantes porque yebaban más de un mes tupido el drenaje de abajo y nadie lo iba arreglar además de que te cobran el pesticidas la chapa de las áreas la limpieza de la piscina nunca asen ninguna de esas labores ni pagan a nadie para que lo aga tienen la piscina cerrada con el agua verde todo el año y no les importa además de que te roban los paquetes en tu propia puerta y no pasa nada y para colmo el deposito de seguridad que entregue disen ellos que no lo devuelve es una estafa contante la persona que piense mudarse para ay es mejor que lo piense vien. Y vusque otro lugar
