  Si pudiera darle 0 lo daría en el lado 700 siempre es un problema cuando no hay agua cuando no se pasan días y días uno bañándose con agua fría porque siempre hay algo roto en fin pero lo q más me molesta a mí es que uno paga aquí bien caro 1400 dólares para que pasen estas cosas porque ok un día q estén haciendo un arreglo ect está bien pero es q siempre es algo y no me parece justo la verdad q por lo menos en este bloque no se muden

  I advise people not to move here. They don't fix things, and they don't know how to communicate with their residents, they would just cut the water off without telling the residents that's what they're going to do, and also police is always over here every day, all day, never move over here. Never
