We toured several times with Ruben, who explained all the details and walked us through the upgrades we could add to our home. He showed us the model homes, inventory homes, and sat with us multiple times to review structural options. We officially decided to go under contract in February, and from that point forward Ruben remained available every step of the way. He even went above and beyond by helping us understand how to best use seller credits, which was not necessarily his responsibility but something he did to make sure we were set up for success. The entire Bison Ridge team has been amazing, but our primary contact throughout this process was Ruben. He kept us informed of every milestone, from the foundation to framing, drywall, and finally the walkthroughs. As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect. Having someone like Ruben available to answer all of our questions made the process much less overwhelming. We are so grateful for his guidance, professionalism, and support from start to finish.
