My husband and I started the building process of our home in January 2025. We toured several times with Ruben, who explained all the details and walked us through the upgrades we could add to our home. He showed us the model homes, inventory homes, and sat with us multiple times to review structural options. We officially decided to go under contract in February, and from that point forward Ruben remained available every step of the way.
He even went above and beyond by helping us understand how to best use seller credits, which was not necessarily his responsibility but something he did to make sure we were set up for success. The entire Bison Ridge team has been amazing, but our primary contact throughout this process was Ruben. He kept us informed of every milestone, from the foundation to framing, drywall, and finally the walkthroughs.
As first-time homebuyers, we had no idea what to expect. Having someone like Ruben available to answer all of our questions made the process much less overwhelming. We are so grateful for his guidance, professionalism, and support from start to finish.

I was with my realtor and we had a little time to kill, so I asked if we could swing by and visit the Pulte sales center. We were greeted by Chris Taylor, and he graciously showed us around some homes. Chris was so patient with our questions, and serves with kindness and respect. I would highly recommend Bison Ridge to anyone who is looking for quality new builds and a great sales lead.

Worst experience ever, Rueben costs us thousands of dollars, we would never call us, only text. Was unavailable a lot. We told him we were coming from out of state and stood us up. Worst experience ever. Please don’t use Rueben. Zero stars. I have left a review before but it keeps getting deleted… nice try
