I rarely take the time to write reviews, but my experience living at this apartment complex has been so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. From the first day I moved in, it’s been one issue after another — and the management’s complete lack of accountability is what truly pushed me to speak out.
Poor Management and Communication
The office staff is either never available or simply refuses to respond. Emails go unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. If you try calling, good luck — half the time the phone just rings with no answer. When you finally do get someone, they act annoyed, dismissive, or make empty promises that are never followed through. Simple maintenance requests turn into ongoing battles. I had to submit multiple tickets for the same issue over and over again before anything got fixed.
Constant Maintenance Problems
The property looks decent from the outside, but once you move in, you quickly realize everything is falling apart. My apartment had leaking pipes, broken outlets, and a dishwasher that never worked properly. The air conditioning struggled constantly — I was paying high rent to live in a sauna during summer. Maintenance either takes forever to show up or does a “quick fix” that only lasts a few days. They seem more interested in closing out tickets than actually solving problems.
Dirty Common Areas and Unsafe Conditions
The hallways, stairwells, and parking areas are filthy. Trash overflows from dumpsters constantly, and it smells awful. People leave junk furniture and garbage lying around for days, and nobody from management does anything about it. There are broken lights in the parking lot, and some of the cameras don’t even work — which makes you feel unsafe at night. There’s also frequent noise, parties, and suspicious activity around the complex, but security is basically nonexistent.
Rent Increases Without Improvement
Every year they raise the rent by hundreds of dollars, yet nothing improves. The amenities they advertise — like the gym, pool, or clubhouse — are either dirty, broken, or closed half the time. The laundry room is disgusting and half the machines are out of order. It honestly feels like they care more about squeezing every dollar out of tenants than maintaining a livable Poor Quality Neighbors and Lack of Enforcement
They claim to have “strict community rules,” but they don’t enforce anything. Loud music at all hours, dogs barking nonstop, people smoking in non-smoking areas — it never ends. Even when you complain multiple times, nothing happens. It feels like management just doesn’t care about the people who actually pay their rent and follow the rules.
And to top it all off, when you finally move out, they’ll try to charge you for everything under the sun. I cleaned the apartment thoroughly, yet they sent me a ridiculous bill for “deep cleaning” and “paint touch-ups” that were clearly just part of normal wear and tear. They know most people won’t fight the charges, so they take advantage.
