- JVJennifer VelezJan 3, 20265.0We’ve lived here for about 3 years and our experience has been very positive. From the leasing staff, to billing, to maintenance, we’ve always had good encounters. Barry, Naz, Keisha, Lou, Stephen, Gloria, and the rest of the team are always ready and willing to help and are always a delight to talk to. When something is wrong in the apartment, maintenance is either showing up that day or the next. Any issues we’ve had, which have been minor, have been taken care of within a reasonable timeframe. Recently though, we had an experience with them that helped my family on a personal level. My husband got furloughed. We reached out to billing and spoke to Keisha. Even without knowing how Avasa would be able to help us, she was already reassuring us that they would work with us and they did! The accommodation they made for us took off a lot of stress that we were grateful for in a time of unknown. I also love the community events that they make possible! We’ve only been able to enjoy a couple of the community get togethers but only because of scheduling conflicts.

Avasa 1604 is also pet friendly and I loved that it’s just 20 minutes from the zoo! it is a great place to call your home 🩷🩷
