  It’s a pretty new apartment complex that we found online and we have visited. The interior is beautiful and we love the location. It’s on 1604 so it’s easy access for us. The team of Maria and Cami is great. They were helpful and knowledgeable and have made the leasing process very smooth. We appreciate their help !

  I’ve lived at Avasa at 1604 for about two years, and I want to recognize one employee who truly stands out, Gloria, who takes care of the grounds and helps keep the community clean and welcoming. I often leave for early workouts around 4:15 or 4:30 in the morning, and many days she is already out making sure the pool and common areas are clean and ready for residents. Later in the day, I’ll see her again walking the property, picking up debris, and making sure everything looks good. Her daily dedication makes this community a better place to live. Office staff and maintenance technicians are often recognized when repairs are needed, but the steady work of team members like Gloria deserves appreciation as well. Her consistency and work ethic do not go unnoticed. Thank you, Gloria, for everything you do for the residents at Avasa at 1604.
